★★★☆☆☆
I bought it because the package is unusual.
The taste is like a stable Houou Mita, and I like it, but it is quite effervescent, so I gave it a modest 3 stars.
I have a habit of turning the bottle upside down and mixing it lightly before drinking, but I let it overflow like champagne...be careful. ⚠️

I bought some Kinryo the other day as a revenge/trial and it was delicious, so I bought some more.
It is also delicious.
It was the right decision.

I've had Tazake many times before, but I bought it immediately because I'd never seen the label before.
And it was better than the other Tasake I've had.
That's why I gave it 5 stars!

I was looking forward to seeing what kind of Sengkyo it would be because it was aged in a wooden vat.
I was a little disappointed.
I felt it was too sweet and had a strange heaviness.
Did I expect too much from Sentori?
I looked at it carefully and saw that the rice polishing ratio is 90%, so I guess that's about it.

This is the first sake I encountered.
I was attracted by the rice polishing ratio of 81%, so I bought it.
It has no bitterness and it is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 81%.
It is delicious.

Unusually, there was a Kinryo with a label that attracted me and I tried it.
(No good image when I used to live in Kagawa...)
It lived up to my expectations and betrayed my fears, just like the number of ★.
My favorite sake. Good taste!
If I had drunk this first, my image of Kinryo would be totally different.
★★★★★
My first drink.
I've never posted a drink I've had at a restaurant, but I broke that rule.
it's a good one!
And no registration, is that unusual? That's what I meant.

This sake is said to be brewed from Yamagata's new "Setsuwakamaru" variety.
They ship only one day a year.
As the brand name suggests, it is an extremely supernova!
I give it extra points because it is limited edition. It is delicious!
