Kudokigake's 150th anniversary sake.
I mean, 150 years is too much.
I was torn between the white-labeled Yamadanishiki and this yellow-labeled Yamadaho, both of which are also 150th anniversary sake, and chose the unfamiliar Yamadaho.
Yamadaho is the parent of Yamadanishiki, so I was curious and decided to buy it.
Yamadanishiki was created by crossing Yamadaho with Tankan Wataribune. Yamadanishiki was born by crossing Yamadaho and Tankan Wataribune.
It does not have the image of Kudoki-ue's super dry taste, but is more like the thick dry taste that I like.
I like it! It is delicious!
