The third restaurant was Murashige Sake Brewery of Kinkan Kuromatsu 😀. It was easy to arrive thanks to Mr. Nakama Sou Touji of Gobashi who gave us a lift 😀. I was a little disappointed that there was no tasting at this brewery, although they have the biggest cedar ball in Japan as their signature 🤣. I bought a bottle of the brewery's limited edition Uraganekan Kuromatsu 😀. I took a commemorative photo with my friends, and the photo of Mr. Gohashi in his Kin-kan Kuromatsu happi might be a little precious 🤣.

Today's sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu from the hometown tax return gift from Iwakuni, which we received yesterday 😀 It is a junmai sake, so it didn't have much aroma, but the taste of the rice was very good. I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍.
