I went back home to Gunma and stocked up on local sake at my favorite liquor store. This is a limited trial sake for a sake show by the Yanagisawa Sake Brewery, known for its Yuijin sake. It is a very attractive sake with 35% Yamada-Nishiki polished rice, 18 degrees Celsius, and the yeast is not disclosed. I usually don't buy a bottle of this sake, but the owner strongly recommended it to me. It is my favorite type of sake, sweet and fresh with gas, but with a punch. It is so good that I think I will finish the bottle in no time.

Let's make it last😅.
I'm going to finish up with a brand I haven't had in a while. I guess it's the first time for me to have one of its kind 🥴.
Sourness and sweetness, my tongue is so dull 🥴.
All I can say is delicious the rest 😆.
Good luck next week 😁.
Labels I've never seen before.
Reading the back label, I see they have changed their policy since last year.
Fresh and juicy. It also has a nice light cloudy feel.
It doesn't have an Omachi-like feel, so is it insufficient for omatists? I'm not an omatist, so I enjoyed it.
Yuto had a rather modern image, but this is more of a classic.
It has a relatively heavy taste, with a strong aftertaste.
However, it is not old-fashioned, but rather has an "up-to-date" feel to it.
This sense of balance is indeed excellent.
Yuijin Junmai Ginjo Araubashiri Nama Shu Omachi.
Melon-like fruity aroma.
In the bottle, you can taste the soft sweetness and the volume of Omachi.
Mixing in the ori gives a creaminess to the fresh flavor, which gives the sake more depth.
The fresh sweetness of the arabashiri is delayed a little by the umami and moderate acidity. The hidden bitterness is also delicious.
Drinking famous brands and local sake is very important, but I think the best experience is to drink a variety of brands from all over Japan!
I bought Yuto because I saw it at X and was curious about it.
It's made with Gohyakumangoku, and it's delicious with a refreshingly spicy taste. It has a slightly sweet aftertaste.
It is my first time to drink this sake, but I like it very much.
