Good morning, Kotori-san. Masterpiece is different from the usual Laughing Four Seasons from the atmosphere of the label 😳I am also interested in the taste from the majestic appearance.
I'm drinking it again this evening 🤣 the more I drink, the more the richness and flavor comes over me..................................even by itself, the more I drink. It's so good I can't resist 🤩.
Hi Hirupeko San, good evening😊Yes, that's right! I had seen you at Sake-no-wa before, but this was a sudden encounter... I was struck by the impact of your painting skills and admired it for a while 🤣There are no elements that I don't like for me 🍶I am receiving it with admiration.
Good evening, Mr. Ars 😃The beetle is perched on the side of the bike 😄Pekkori This is a shocking label, isn't it⁈I was overwhelmed by the power of the picture🤣I had to search through the warehouse for a 4-gallon bottle to pick it up 🤗Un is next!
Yellow-greenish crystal. First impression is fresh and well structured. Aromas of apple, pear, yellow peach, honeysuckle, lime, root vegetables, and porridge. The attack is thick, sweet, and rich. The acidity is mild, but the lime-like minerality tightens it up, and the second half is long on flavor and sweetness, with bitterness adding richness at the end. The power of Watabune is brought out in a restrained manner, and it would go well with pork dishes made with koji.
Everyone loves laughing Shiki. I bought Un for myself, but this one was given to me as a souvenir.
Opening the bottle with a good sound. The good smell spreads. Yes, it is already delicious. It's a sure thing.
It is a mellow sake. The best parts of the rice have been brought out. It is not too sweet, so you can drink it while it lasts. As it gets to room temperature, the richness and rice flavor increases. I preferred it at room temperature.
I wish I could have had a chance to compare them at A-Un.
Hello Kotori-san, I'm afraid to be called Sama, so please don't use honorific titles or San 🥺 Masterpiece is delicious, isn't it? Monsoon is also delicious, so if you haven't tried it, please do!
Good evening, NOCHI-SAN😊I haven't had Monsoon yet, but it seems to be a noble sake. Which did you prefer, Ginbuki or Yamadanishiki? I saw it on the shelf at the liquor store and would love to taste it 🤗.
Good full umami flavor with a tangy finish.
Drank it as a 飲み比べ with Emishiki Masterpiece A 阿. In my opinion, Masterpiece A 阿 matched well with marinated (olive oil and vinegar and lemon juice) smoked salmon & onions but Masterpiece Un 吽 matched better with the sukiyaki.
We get the slightly more expensive ones from Laughing Four Seasons.
Complex taste. I felt the base was heavy. The sweetness and umami spread out and you can enjoy the long aftertaste.
I think it is better to let it sit for a bit before drinking.
Recently, I have been leaning toward sweet and heavy wines.
Good evening, Mr. Nochi 😃!
I had a MONSOON the other day and it was still delicious and sweet, so I was curious about this one too, but after reading your review, I'm getting more and more curious 😍.
I'll have to buy it 😆.
