Procured on a business trip. The aroma is a very fresh and unpasteurized sake. The mouthfeel is fruity and slightly sweet and light, with a classical drinking experience. The sharpness is thin and the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. I like this lingering taste. ☆☆☆☆

Purchased at an antenna store in Iwate. Drank at room temperature, it was refreshing and had just the right amount of umami flavor, making it a great match for a mid-meal drink.

@Japanese Sake BAR Sake Iki Shin Garyu We didn't go to the brewery because it was too far away, but Aizu Sake Brewery's Aizu is located in Minami Aizu Town. In Tokyo, you sometimes see Yamanoi. The aroma on the nose is fruity. In the mouth, it has a clean sweetness and umami that is typical of daiginjo-style sake. The taste is elegant and finishes smoothly. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

Nuggets of luji, I bought some. Along with grilled chicken. 🙂 This is an active nigori version of the standard junmai sake. Light and smooth on the palate, with a sharp finish. 😊 Shuwa shuwa fizziness, creamy sweetness is elegant, very beautiful and juicy. There is also a good amount of gas, which is the opposite of the impression of a sweet and spicy cider, so it is a refreshing cider sensation, which makes the drink go down a treat. The lingering bitterness from the cider also makes you realize how delicious it is. 🤩. The expression changes even if you drink only the supernatant before mixing or only the darker part of the oli. The flavor changes over time. 🥲

Bought at a Lawson. with grilled shrimp from Omichi market. Light and bland.
Order from the top of the sake menu It was a good decision to order first! It's so refreshing and easy to drink! The name of this sake has a certain charm to it!

I had checked to buy it during my trip to Kanazawa, but when I went to the store, I couldn't find it, so I ended up buying it online. At 9% alcohol by volume, it is light as a food sake, so it goes very well with sake. However, when I want to drink sake, it is not enough. However, it is delicious. It is good for those who don't like sake.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.
On graduation day, we all drank together.

Sweet and bitter with a bitter aftertaste. It has a bitter aftertaste with a sweet and bitter aftertaste... It is a mellow dry sake... It does not have a cloying taste... It is a good match for strong flavored dishes... Although it is not the latest popular sake, it has a presence that says you are drinking sake. ...this is delicious in its own way...

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

At Kaki-numa-san. Choice by recommendation. It is another brand of Koganezawa which was damaged by the earthquake. The president's beloved daughter became a toji The president's beloved daughter became a toji (brewer) and the father and daughter are making sake together. It has a sweet aroma of lactic acid. The first sip was not so impressive. But on the 3rd and 4th day The sweetness and umami increase It is a delicious sake that asserts itself👍. The Senkou Yuumachi that we are drinking at the same time is also delicious, but but this one is not to be underestimated either❗️

The wine is matured until it reaches the optimum balance, resulting in a mellow, yet surprisingly refreshing taste. The brewery specializes in Yamahai sake brewing, which is rare in Miyagi Prefecture. It has won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition nine times in a row. This is the fourth highest record in the history of sake breweries. Kawatakei Shoten was damaged by the recent major earthquake in Kurihara, which has occurred frequently in recent years. Founded in 1902 It is one of the few breweries in the prefecture that has handed down the old-fashioned traditional method of "Yamahai brewing". Kawana Keiji started brewing sake in 1902 when he moved to Nango-cho (current location), Osaki's largest grain-growing area, in search of his own rice fields.

The aroma is faintly sweet and sour. The taste has a good balance of strong sourness and sweetness, with a unique bitterness in the back. The aftertaste is not too strong as the bitterness lingers for a long time and the sweetness does not continue. Easy to drink without feeling the 17% alcohol content. Rice used: Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio:70%. Alc. 17%. Sake degree: +3 Amino acidity: 1.0 Acidity: 2.0

Unfiltered raw sake & Asahi rice for 2,530 yen including tax is a super deal ‼️ It is not so fresh, but has a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight sense of maturity. The rich umami comes in smoothly, and the finish is crisp and tight. It has a good balance of bitterness, bitterness, and sweetness, and is the type of sake that one does not get tired of drinking as an unfiltered, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a good sake to drink with food or as an evening drink. ❗️ It was delicious. ❣️

It tastes a little bit like aged, but it has all the sweetness, flavor, bitterness, and spiciness you would expect. It tastes like tea. It tastes like apple tea. It is a slightly different type of flavor. It tastes juicy, sweet and spicy. Some people may find it spicy, but it's a subtle taste.

The ultimate muddy! 100%, no, 120% muddy. It was my first time! I twisted the lid and thought it wouldn't blow out, but when I let my guard down, it started to blow out and I hurried to close it. I spilled a little bit. I decided to think it was an angel share. It wasn't, but.., I poured it into a glass, and it was a sludge. I wondered if there was any top liquid in Shirakawa-go and Hida. I am happy to see that there is no top clear water in Hida. In the mouth, a good sense of heaviness. Very satisfied! The taste is, of course, gorigo nigori! So it is delicious,

This Sake is light, clean and dry. There is a cucumber flavor that I found hard to detect because of the broiled saba I was eating. 😛
It tastes like a dry amazake with a fizzy, fizzy taste, full of flavor, and very drinkable.
