At Kaki-numa-san. Choice by recommendation. It is another brand of Koganezawa which was damaged by the earthquake. Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

4 points - so-so? More acidity than Junmai Namaishu?

Kansai Salmon Ware year-end party⑳⑳ We said goodbye to Umaisan, Maru, Rutemi, pyonpyo and Robin and went to the 3rd party. Mr. Muchi helped us to find a restaurant for the after-party too. I remember it was pretty fruity and refreshing. We also drank Niiyu's dry sake and Toyo Bijin's straight kumi, which is not on the menu 😋. I always listen to kan's 🐴 stories: 👂️ Mother and father are important 🐎. Jive-san had to leave on the way because his train time came 🙋. Finally, Nemuchi and I had ramen at Ramen Nigamushi Chicken before heading home 😋. I've never had ramen before and it was delicious 🍜. Aochan who went missing also went to another ramen restaurant 😁. I lost the sake that Jive gave me, so I went back to the after-party later, but it's a secret 🤫. Thank you very much to Gyumu-san who always organizes off-line meetings, and to everyone who participated 🙇.

A local sake from Futtsu, Chiba... A faint fruity aroma... A sweet bitterness with a strong bitterness typical of local sake! The flavor of the rice soaks in... Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station. The price is too good to be true, so it is understandable that it is sold out. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku This one was tasted at room temperature, not chilled. I've heard that if you chill it too much, it becomes too crisp and blurred in flavor. The acidity is refreshing and not too dry. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki The nose is sweet from the first whiff. I prefer Sou-no-Mai or Omachi, which are more sweet and tasty. Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Fruity, rich, sweet and delicious. I like this one, but it's not my favorite type. This is my favorite type, but it is a bit on the pricey side. I hear there are no places to buy it in the Kansai region. It is only available at product exhibitions, product centers, and antenna stores.

Unfiltered raw sake & Asahi rice for 2,530 yen including tax is a super deal ‼️ It is not so fresh, but has a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight sense of maturity. The rich umami comes in smoothly, and the finish is crisp and tight. The name "Tomikyushin" was derived from "Tomizo" of Tomizo I, "Hisa" of Wakuri, the mother of Shigenao IV, and most importantly, "Kokoro" or "heart". Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh.
