It was fresh and easy to drink! I was so glad to see that they have changed the way they make the wine this year, and after much hesitation, I chose the Arabashiri.
Yukidaruma-san is cute! ☃️ It is a moderately mild and sweet sake that you will want to drink sipping at a kotatsu (a Japanese low table over a kotatsu).
It was a jackpot, but delicious! Slightly effervescent with a yogurt-like fermentation. I heard that a young person was involved in this project 🙌 I wanted to support it!
It has a good acidity and clear taste. I am eating it with horse mackerel meuniere and it went too well with it. ☺️ It is a good sake to drink with a meal as it does not have much sweetness.
My first sip was "It's strong!" As the name suggests, it is best to drink it on the rocks! 🤩The fruity taste that is typical of Kamizenjosui is still there!
