It was sold in advance at the brewery opening but I couldn't go, so I bought it after the official release. The top aroma is a bit like high cooked rice. It has a gentle sweetness and volume. I was surprised that it was more drinkable than I expected. It is relatively low in alcohol, but the taste does not make you feel so.

I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. The impression is that it is quite sharp and clean.

At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁. It is said that lactic acid is not used in the yeast stocking but is substituted with citric acid produced from white and black malted rice and fermented slowly at low temperature. This Sake is very interesting. It has a citrus flavor like grapefruit. The flavor really cleanses the pallet.

Junmai nama-shu YAMADANISHIKI 90 Rice polishing ratio 90%❗️ This is the challenge sake of Michiko Urasato, the female toji of Yui. Yamada Nishiki is brewed at 90% polishing ratio without polishing. The taste of the rice is rich and intense❗️, but there is a light fizzy feeling. There is also a little bit of orage mixed in. This is why it is milder and softer in the mouth than I expected. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's amazing. Michiko Urasato, Toji 💡. I had it with ginger yaki, and it was delicious. The sake and side dishes go well together😆. I've heard that if you let it sit for a few days, you'll get a different taste of the rice, so I stopped at halfway today. I heard it's also good at different temperatures.

It was a souvenir for myself when I stopped by Ise Jingu Shrine. I thought I hadn't had nigori sake recently, so I chose something that looked easy to drink. I had it after cooling it down thoroughly. It is sweet and easy to drink, almost as if you are already drinking amazake. It might be a good idea to drink it as a dessert-like ending to a meal.

I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite.
