The taste of the rice is rich and intense❗️, but there is a light fizzy feeling. There is also a little bit of orage mixed in. This is why it is milder and softer in the mouth than I expected. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's amazing. Michiko Urasato, Toji 💡. I had it with ginger yaki, and it was delicious. The sake and side dishes go well together😆. The wine to go with it was "Kyo no Hana" purchased at our favorite liquor store in Kushiro, Sagajo Shoten. I was torn between this and "Tatsusen" brewed by the same brewery, neither of which I had ever tasted before, but I chose this one because of the "fantastic rice" description 😊. Kyo no Hana No.1!
