Purchased at Yamasho in JR Ashiya station. I mentioned before that this liquor store is based in northern Kyoto and has a wide selection of sake from the Tango area, but they also have Kumi no Ura. It is rather sweet. Muscat and lychee-like flavor. It is fire-brewed but fresh. I'd like to try some of their fresh sake. I'm sure it would be delicious. According to the internet, it's unfiltered raw sake. It's true that it's on the lees for a fire-brewed sake. Sediment is noticeable.

I visited and purchased on a trip to Fukuoka. Very beautiful sales office and they have weddings and seasonal events. We received 6 coins for free for tasting, Almost free? It's almost free 😂. They use F44 yeast and Fukuoka's sake rice, Yume Ichikyo and Yamadanishiki, Fukuoka's sake rice. I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. The impression is that it is quite sharp and clean.

@sakebar Fukuzo Kobayashi Shuzo Honten located in Umi-cho, Fukuoka. I guess the representative brand is Bandai. This will be my first time here too 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍. The smell of pears. It smells so good. It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness. After that, the bitterness comes through quickly. It's a beautiful sake. It's really delicious. It's been a long time since I've had it😊. The taste itself is refreshing, but even with a strong oily taste like mackerel, there is a flavor that somehow does not lose at all ️.

New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....
