Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶.
The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami.
It also has a fruity overtone.
This sake has a good aroma.
It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com.

The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of koji malt.
In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice.
I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice.
I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness.
It was delicious ✨.
