ジョナジョナ
This is an apparently hard-to-find Akizuka sake. Since I had already had a draft of this sake before, I had to unlock the results of a terribly maniacal drinking comparison.
I chilled it.
It has a sweet aroma that harmonizes graininess and a sense of maturity. The modest mouthfeel reveals the clean acidity and caramel flavors typical of the sake's origins, and the full-bodied sweetness and rich umami slowly permeate the taste buds.
It is delicious both lukewarm and hot.
