It is Minokiku Hojo. It is a normal sake made from 100% Yamada Nishiki. It is a little sweet and has a fruity taste. The price is 1760 yen (tax included) and it is the best sake in Japan. It is said that this sake is designed to be the best sake that you can drink in the evening. That's right 😋.

The Special Honjozo from the same brewery's Shiraisen is a favourite of my dad's from when he used to drink it at home, so if you see it, please do 😆.
