Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple.
