New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

Purchased in a cuddle. I heard it was sweet, but bitterness comes first. I'm kind of getting tired of drinking it. It's not well-balanced. I was expecting a little more... I drank about half of it, but I'm going to take a sake bath. My family was happy.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand. In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

Since Tokyo sake is hard to find at local liquor stores, we ordered it from a sake brewery. Delicious! I'm so happy!

The acidity felt on the tip of the tongue is moderate, but freshness, sweetness, and luster spread simultaneously on the tongue, turning astringent and bitter when they reach the back of the tongue. The lingering taste is like thin asparagus. The luster is very assertive. The taste is quite different from BLUE 😄.

This is the fourth bottle of the accumulated contributions! As I poured, bubbles danced through the gulp, and those bubbles quickly disappeared. It smells sweet and spicy. Bon appétit! I thought it smelled acidic, but when I put it in my mouth, I felt almost no acidity and it is a gentle, soft drink. I don't feel any corners at all 🙂. The assertion is somewhat moderate sweet and spicy, and the light sweet and sourness spreads from the tip of the tongue to the middle of the tongue, but then disappears. Among the sake I've had recently, the drinkability is outstanding, and it doesn't convey much of the intoxication, making it quite a dangerous sake 😇.

This is a gifted Junmai Ginjo, a sake from Nagano. It's fruity but not sweet in the mouth, and it has a crisp and well-balanced bitterness... This quality goes well with "X" cuisine, not just raw sake.

This is the recovery sake from the Furuya Sake Brewery, after they were devastated by a fire. They made 2,000 bottles with "Hitogokochi" rice they were just able to get from the local area. For me, it wasn't about the taste; I drank it as a local showing my support. ( It was delicious, of course!)

Second stop on the Takayama sake brewery tour. We visited Funasaka Sake Brewery. As usual, the tasting machine took care of us. I chose a junmai ginjo that seemed to suit me from the description. It was described as sweet, but I got the impression that it was medium sweet with no fruity taste. I wonder if it would be a sweet sake in this brewery's lineup? It tasted crisp.

Osaka expedition at Akagaki-ya, a local cheap bar with a blast. Let's drink sake from the west. This time, I got tangled up next to the log halfway. Classical, slightly sweet, gently syrupy. Smooth, not bloated. Pairs quite nicely with a strong-flavored entrée (meat miso). Taste level ☆3/5
