Of all the sake I've had in the past, Hoshi-Hoast has left a particularly strong impression on me.
It has been a long time since I found a new sake, so I didn't hesitate to get it.
The taste in my memory is hazy, but this time it was a little sweeter.
In retrospect, I think it may be the difference between the +5 I drank before and the -3 I drank this time.
But I never get tired of drinking new sake with its youthfulness, strength commensurate with its strength, and robust flavor.
A heavy sake with a smooth texture.
The sweetness of the rice and the spiciness of the alcohol come together with an acidity that makes it easy to drink.
Special Junmai🍶Non-filtered raw sake✨Koji rice:Gohyakumangoku 23%🌾Kake rice:Takaneminori 77%🌾.
A little grass 🌱, maybe a little strong 😳It's a little hard to drink, but it's mild when paired with sakadori.

Hoshi boast with cold sake, grilled salmon and wax gourd.
The slight aroma of the sake was pleasant.
The subtle aroma was pleasant and went well with both of the dishes.
Sweet and sour, delicious cold, room temperature 212100
Excellent balance of sweetness and umami
You can enjoy the powerful flavor of unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
A bottle I bought because I wanted to drink something different from what I usually buy.
High alcohol content (18%) and tastes more like a classic.
Delicious, but not my favorite.
