A little grass 🌱, maybe a little strong 😳It's a little hard to drink, but it's mild when paired with sakadori.

Hoshi boast with cold sake, grilled salmon and wax gourd.
The slight aroma of the sake was pleasant.
The subtle aroma was pleasant and went well with both of the dishes.
Sweet and sour, delicious cold, room temperature 212100
Excellent balance of sweetness and umami
You can enjoy the powerful flavor of unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
A bottle I bought because I wanted to drink something different from what I usually buy.
High alcohol content (18%) and tastes more like a classic.
Delicious, but not my favorite.
Purchase at Doi Shoten, Asahikawa

Last paid tip run of the year. I went to the liquor store to secure snacks for this evening. It was the first time to see this brand. I was attracted by the freshly squeezed sake, so I bought it.
It has a clear, refreshing taste with a slightly alcoholic flavor. It goes well with freshly caught sashimi.

Hoshi boast unfiltered raw sake!
This is the first time I've had this sake, but it comes in quickly and has a strong aftertaste. It is minus one, so it is well-balanced.
I paired it with a delicacy, salted puffer fish and pickled firefly squid.
At a sake bar in Kyoto.
