I went to a liquor store in Gunma Prefecture for the first time and bought this bottle after much hesitation.
I kind of like the word "Aizan" (❤️).
And I also liked the taste.
16th Croemon
Naoko Yukawa, the 16th generation head of the family, and Shinichi, the head brewer, are a married couple.
The name comes from Kuroemon Yukawa, the second generation of the Yukawa Sake Brewery.
Purchased from Mr. Takamura Hayashi, Yukawa Sake Brewery, Nagano, Japan, 1770 yen + tax, tasted sweet and delicious, purchased for the second time on Feb. 22, drank on Mar. 12, Mitsuo not so good.
This is another sake that I buy every year.
It is a well-known sake, so it is always warmed to lukewarm by default, but it is as pleasant as ever when lukewarm.
The attack is soft due to the low alcohol content, but the acidity spreads out well and the flavor is ample.
I bought this one on my way back from Gifu. I had been curious about it for a long time and was troubled by the large number of local Nagano sake 😅.
I was torn between the two and decided to buy this one. It was delicious and tasted exactly like sake!
It went well with hot pot!
At a customer's reception.
Since the restaurant is run by the master alone, the drinks were self-serve. There was a good selection of sake.
Fruity, spring-like!
