This is my first time drinking it.
It is a dry, modern style with a touch of classicism.
It is good as a food wine!

After the Jyushiyo, I feel a little bit of a tangy taste.
But it's still sweet and delicious!
I don't drink it often, though.
Even though it is a noble sake, it is not so sweet and refreshing!
It was like an unripe melon or a pear with acidity!
I finished a small amount by myself.
It is the long-awaited Shiraginkai!
It has sweetness and acidity like a chrysanthemum!
It is truly a lactic acid bacteria drink for adults!
I opened a four-quart bottle without hesitation!
Kihei as a gift
Yamada Nishiki Jun Dai
It is a model sake!
After taking it in the mouth, until it passes down the throat,
The clean sweetness of Yamadanishiki lasts until it passes down your throat after you take a sip.
It reminds me of the taste of sake when I was addicted to sake!
I've had a bottle of Shokugaku Masamune before, but this is the first time I've had Shizen-go!
The taste is quite refreshing, with a hint of lychee-like sweetness.
It is good as a food sake because it finishes cleanly!
The usual Kawanakajima nigori
After a glass of cold sake, I had a glass of hot sake.
The sweetness of the rice increased, and this is good!
Two gou of sake went very fast!
I thought it was a robust modern fruity, and it was like a sweet pear on the palate, but a little alcoholic.
I expect this to change after two days,
But it has a nice sharpness, so I guess it is a mellow dry wine.
I was going to drink it with my 20 year old daughter, but she was not ready for sake yet!
Because of the cork, I drank almost 4 gou of sake by myself!
But the sparkling sake went down a treat!
Moderate ginjo aroma
Deep sweetness like ripe mango or persimmon
It goes well with strongly seasoned dishes, and can also be drunk by itself.
It does not need to be chilled very much, and can be enjoyed at room temperature.
It is delicious with a deeper flavor.
We enjoyed a glass of sake with a Gokotsuru sake cup we got at the brewery!

Very fresh, with a nice muscat aroma.
It has a little acidity and is delicious 😋.
It's mellow and sweet, so I was satisfied with about 2 gou of it!
The second day it is even sweeter and tastes even better!
Purchased at the brewery on a weekend trip to Nagano and Yamanashi.
Delicious with a clean, apple-like sweetness.
Perfect as a food sake!
I opened a bottle of 4 gou while eating yakitori (grilled chicken)!
I bought a variety of sake from Shinshu, so I am looking forward to drinking it!

I went to Nagano the other day to stock up on sake, and there were so many delicious looking Shinshu sake that I had a hard time deciding which one to buy 😁.
