At a very reluctant corner shop
Established 160 years ago, apparently.
Very fruity, 🍎 and greffle!
Sweetness, moderate acidity, and plenty of flavor.
You can get drunk easily with the atmosphere.
Lightly cloudy, slightly carbonated, dry
is the first impact.
When tasted slowly, it has a strong rice flavor.
It has a tangy taste unique to the 65% polished rice ratio.
It is a sake that has a strong flavor.
Shikoku sake is dry, and is a sake that makes food go faster.
Be careful not to eat too much. ⚠️
Purchased at a liquor store in Kasuga City
Drink cold
Slightly colored but clear.
In the mouth, it has a profound richness.
Strong dryness
Wild and powerful taste.
It goes better with strong flavored snacks such as cod roe than sashimi.
We had Ehime's sake handled at Inishie Sake Shop.
I heard that Nikomar's sake is selling the best...! Ehime sake is selling well in the city! Thank goodness!
It was indeed a light, easy-drinking sake, not too Ehime-like.
The brewery is located in Saijo, Ehime.
Ehime's sake has a mild, full-bodied quality, but this was a delicious sake with a sharp acidity followed by a sweetness.
(It reminded me of Kyo Hina's "Ittouka"... 😋.
