This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a very crisp, dry, deep-flavored Ajiginjo. The aroma is subtle. The mellowness is more apparent in junmai sake. This is also a good sake. I bought it at a local supermarket! A reward for working the holidays. Hmm,, It's pretty flat. I don't think I like it. It is mellow, gentle, and easy to drink, but it goes as far as water. It has no acidity and is really clear like water. Dangerous. The desire to fill your mouth with stimulants,, I ended up with spicy tom yum kung. I'll be off again from the second half of GW on the second day. I'll have a drink too! LOL! it's okey!

Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO⑭ Echigo Hachiho has recently become a common sight at events. The limited-edition Junmai sake It was recommended as a slightly dry sake, but it had a Sake meter rating of +5, which made it seem even spicier than it was. ◯Limited limited stock-out Junmai Harushibori-junmai It was a bit gorgeous and refreshing, but later it became a bit spicy. ◯Okirigarami It was quite clear, gentle and powdery. Today is Valentine's Day!👩❤️👨 This Sake paired very well with the filet mignon I prepared for my wife. There is a full mouth feel with umami. There is a light smoke flavor and wood. The aftertaste is short.
It comes with a gusto at first, and both the umami and sourness come into play. Certainly good to drink while washing off the fat from the meat 😀.

Good evening, it's Shamrock, a parallel world from Manazuru in our first series ☘️☘️☘️. Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗. I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.
