I've been wanting to try this one for a while...they use 1801 yeast. It's gorgeous and fruity. It's also quite sweet. I think it's the most gorgeous of all the Yukihikosan brands. Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku.
