Dai
Sake from a sake brewery in the northern part of the prefecture, located in the famous production area of Hachitan-Nishiki, Hiroshima's representative sake rice. The brewery has been working on it since the rice was first produced. The name of the sake is "Miwa Sakura" instead of "Miwa Zakura," which I had been misreading for a long time.
It is said to be dry, but the quality of the sake is relatively soft. It has a nice sharp aftertaste and is easy to drink. It is quite my favorite 😋.
I had it cold, but I think it can also be served warm.
