I bought this one on my way back from Gifu. I had been curious about it for a long time and was troubled by the large number of local Nagano sake 😅. I was torn between the two and decided to buy this one. It was delicious and tasted exactly like sake! It went well with hot pot!

At home. This is the second one in the Hokkaido series. Kokushi Muso is a metaphor for being so good that no two people under the sun are alike. Koshino-Hachiho Junmai Sake This is also a brand new to me! It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice. It is a typical food sake that does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑰ The booth of [Koshinohatoyo]. I had drunk it before, but at the time, I only had the impression that it was labeled with a family crest of Rokubun Sen. The sake was -5 on the sake meter. Originally, they sold a dry sake and a sweet sake, but the sweet sake was said to be too sweet, so they made this sake. It has a moderate sweetness, a complex bitterness in the aftertaste, and a sharp convergence from a slightly nutty taste. Sake: Sake with a Sake meter of -10. Sake meter rating -10, not sticky sweet, but clear sweet. It doesn't feel that sweet to me, but I guess that's just a matter of the temperature range. Koshinohatoyo Junmai Genshu. The umami taste is felt and then there is a bitter bitterness, and from the aroma that passes through the nose, the richness of the rice flavor. It has the sense of sake at the beginning. The image of Rokubun Sen has changed to the image of Kanji characters like "pine blossom".

I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.
