My first brand 😁.
It has a good acidity.
Perfect for summer 😆.
I feel like I love this so much ✨
The lid blew off in seconds😅
It didn't blow out though.
It was still shrieking and chilling when I poured it into the glass.
It was chili.
A brand I want to repeat next year.

Nihonbashi Tasting Walk 2024-28
We were able to compare the same junmai ginjo with different rice 🤗.
Hmmm... honestly, I don't know😅
I think the Gohyakumangoku is a bit more sour 😋.

It seems a little peculiar, but that's probably because I first drank a Junmai Daiginjo with 35% Yamadanishiki polished rice from Ikegumo😅.
But I could tell it was a sharp sake 🥰.

I told the staff at the store the number of the sake and asked them to pour it into a sake cup.
I realized that there are still many delicious sake in Kyoto.
It has a rich aroma and a sweet taste. It is probably an aperitif type sake!
Nihonbashi Mugishu-An:20240413
This sake is made from 100% "Iwai" rice suitable for sake brewing, which is grown only in Kyoto Prefecture.
It is best drunk at room temperature or slightly chilled.
At my usual sake lunchtime drinking place.
My neighbor told me that although it is Omachi, it is a manly sake.
The first sip was definitely manly, but the aftertaste was fruity like a muscat.
From the second sip, the fruity aftertaste is more pronounced than the "manly" one.
I would like to pair it with food!
