I chose it because of its autumnal, moon-viewing-like label 😊. This one was not heated as usual, but refrigerated and matured in its raw state. Gentle aroma, sweet and sour like ripe fruit when you drink it, well-balanced collaboration of umami and acidity, and a light bitter pungency on the back end, somewhere between modern and classic 😆. It's the type of sake that makes you drink more and more without even knowing it 😋.

This hiyaoroshi is brewed with koji suitable for daiginjo-shu and matured slowly in the cold storage cellar of the brewery for a whole summer. It has an apple-flavored aroma blended with fruity and acidic flavors, a gentle and smooth mouthfeel, a mellow, ripe taste of rice with a hint of fruitiness, and a dry, refreshing finish 😋. I saw a pop-up saying it was a special tasting sake at my favorite liquor store, so I took it home 😊. The aroma is clear and refreshing, the rice flavor and slight bitterness on the palate, and the crisp dryness on the back end goes down your throat nicely, a classic Kochi Royal Road 🍶. This is a classic Kochi classic type 🍶 It's a food sake that goes well with sake snacks without getting tired of drinking it 😋.

Made with 100% Ehime sake rice "Shizuku Ehime" 🌾. Got it last month at a Hatada store in Matsuyama city😊. Mild aroma, soft flavor, smooth mouthfeel, light umami, gentle acidity, dry aftertaste, and overall a well-balanced, slightly dry sake that does not interfere with meals 🍶.

It is a collaboration product between Kure-shi, Hiroshima Prefecture's "Kure-shi" and Senpuku, Kure's local sake brewer, and is only available in the prefecture 😊. It has a gorgeous aroma of apple, and when you drink it, it has a classic 🍶 rich taste with a sweet and sour base. Slightly spicy and would go well with seafood 😁.

Hatsufei Tong, which is often seen in the Sakegawa area 😁. Slightly sweet peachy aroma, soft sweetness when you drink it, minerally sake quality, fresh and refreshing acidity, crisp and light aftertaste! The sweet and sour taste is just delicious 😋. Even though it's Yamahai, it's low alcohol and easy to drink, perfect for the hot season😍.

It is a limited edition product sold only at sake stores in Fukuyama City, where Tenpoichi is located🍶. We got it when we went to see the Ashida River Fireworks Festival during the Obon vacation 🎆. Tenpouichi sake tends to be dry, even in Hiroshima where most of the sake is sweet, but it has almost no aroma (maybe because I have a summer cold). It has a natural flavor, so it can be served with both Japanese and Western food 😄.

I was attracted by the "limited to 1 bottle per person" product pop-up and the purple label 😊. It has a grapey, fruity aroma that seems to match the label color, and when you taste it, you will enjoy its fruity, fresh, sweet flavor, elegant acidity, light bitterness, and crisp, reassuring taste backed by the brand! The third and fourth pictures are of a bowl of bonito tataki (bonito chop suey) we had for lunch at a Tosa bonito restaurant in the northern part of the prefecture. The bonito was grilled on the spot and was excellent without any smell.

Kamotsuru's small bottles come in various versions with unique bottle shapes, but this is the first "limited edition" 🍶 I've seen. Nanshu-o seems to be a reference to Saigo Takamori, but I'm not sure of the origin of the naming 🤔. The aroma has a hint of pineapple, and when you drink it, it has a round texture, and the overall quality of the sake is more dry, but the aftertaste is nicely integrated 😁. A local sake that is easy to drink as a food sake 😊.

Got it on a trip to the Shimanami Sea Route👍 Honjozo sake made in the image of the Seto Inland Sea scenery. It has a mild aroma, a clean, refreshing taste, and a dry, acidic aftertaste that is easy to drink and makes the drink go down smoothly 🥰. The fourth picture is Senzanki Curry with fried chicken, a specialty of Ehime-Imabari, which we had for lunch 🍛.

A seasonal sake perfect for hot summer with a goldfish swimming coolly printed on the back of the label. Fresh fruity aroma, refreshing, with just the right amount of acidity to make it crisp and refreshing, with a slightly spicy aftertaste spreading through the mouth, it's the type of sake that will keep you going while eating 😊. Tonight I'm having it with grilled hokke (hokke) 😋.

It is a summer version of Ki's "Special Junmai" using 40% koji rice that produces citric acid 😁. One of the last two bottles selected at a well-known liquor store 😄. This is a cosy summer-only sake brewed with rice from Fukushima Prefecture and polished to 55%. Fresh and refreshing fruity aroma on the nose, pale sweetness like greenish watermelon and rice flavor on the palate, soft mouthfeel with low alcohol content, and a clean and crisp finish 😋. It is a perfect bottle to soothe your body during this hot and humid season!
