A bottle that has been stored in the fridge for a long time 🍶. I often see it at the local supermarket, but this is the first time I've had it 😄. Aromatic aroma, rich and mellow flavor, and a strong aftertaste, but it's delicious 😆. It's a mild dry sake, more like a classic, perfect to accompany a meal 😊.

It is a summer version of Ki's "Special Junmai" using 40% koji rice that produces citric acid 😁. It has a subtle and refreshing aroma, and when you drink it, the rice flavor is smooth and refreshing, with a refreshing acidity and lingering spiciness that is pleasant! It has a nice sharpness and is really easy to drink 🍶.

Doors" is named after the desire to open the door to a new taste of Honshuichi 😄. Almost no aroma, umami of rice when you drink it, strong clean dryness, and a nice sharp light dry taste 🍶. As the name suggests, it's been a long time since I've had a sake that was both spicy and delicious 😆.

One of the last two bottles selected at a well-known liquor store 😄. This is a cosy summer-only sake brewed with rice from Fukushima Prefecture and polished to 55%. Fresh and refreshing fruity aroma on the nose, pale sweetness like greenish watermelon and rice flavor on the palate, soft mouthfeel with low alcohol content, and a clean and crisp finish 😋. It is a perfect bottle to soothe your body during this hot and humid season!

Usually, many local sakes only list the date of production, but Hakkaisan even lists the "date" of production, which I guess is unusual 🤔. It is a special honjozo sake, so I imagined it would have a subdued quality, but when I sipped it, it was gentle and smooth on the palate, with a delicious rice flavor and a slightly dry taste, with a light and refreshing finish 😁. It's really like a "food sake"!

I bought it because of the striking summery label design featuring an iridocumulus cloud 😊. When poured, it turns white with fine bubble bubbles 🫧. Sweet limey aroma, gentle microbubbles in the mouth, soft flavor, refreshing bitterness in the mid-palate, sharp and dry in the finish 😋. It is a slightly dangerous food wine that can be drunk with a quick gulp 🍶.

Chosen because of the "Sake on the Rocks" ✌️, a perfect bottle for this hot and humid season😁. The flavor changes seven times depending on how the ice melts, from sharp and sharp to rounded and rounded. I tried mixing it with tonic water, but I think it would be better on the rocks because the sake flavor would be diluted 🤔. Anyway, it was a unique and original sake!

Hakubotan, which has been in business for 350 years, has many sweet types, but this one is a medium type with a sake degree of +1. It has a sweet aroma, a rich and mellow taste of rice in the mouth, and a soft acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste that flows smoothly and crisply! According to the store's pop-up, it goes well with beef stew. Certainly a good pairing with dishes with strong flavors 😁.

I usually buy it at the liquor store or local supermarket, but I ordered it online for the first time in a while 😊. It has a slight citrus aroma, freshness and slight carbonation (🫧) that can only be found in nama sake, a good balance of acidity, umami, and sweetness, and a soft dry taste that cuts nicely with bitterness in the second half 😋.
