Tasted very chilled. Nose is full of umami and funk. Flavor is full as well but balanced. Texture is silly smooth and finish is restrained. Mushroom and forest floor all the way through.

Arriving at Tottori station in the afternoon, the first thing to do was... you already know what to do 😊! Go to Souvenirs to buy some local sake‼️I was wondering what kind of Tottori sake would be good, and decided on this one that caught my eye 🤗.
The place to take pictures is also the Tottori Sand Dunes🐪.
Strong winds were blowing 😅and the dunes were in the background 📸.
But I really wanted to take a picture under the blue sky ☀️

The water color is yellow when poured into the cup! If you look closely at the label, it says it's aged for 3 years!
Take a sip and you'll be surprised at how dry it is!
After two sips, I switched to heating sake!
I heated it up and it tasted dramatically better 😋 I knew Tottori sake could be heated up 😄!
The heated flavor is so good!
