Today's dinner.
You might say that I drank a lot on my business trip, but... yes, that's right!
Senryo Otokoyama from Miyako City's Hishiya Sake Brewery. I had a glass yesterday, and today I had a glass of "Ko" recommended by the proprietress. Yes, no doubt about it.
Today's dinner, No. 2.
As we had come all the way to Miyako City, we decided to try Miyako City's local sake, so we asked the store owner about it. Yummie!
Laughing (Ebisu) in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture
I'm convinced that no other izakaya on the coast has such a wide selection of sake (laughs).
Next up was Senryo Otokoyama Mine Sanzan by the local Hishiya Sake Brewery.
To be honest, I've never drank Senryo Otokozan as a good sake. 😅
It is what is commonly referred to as a dry, old-fashioned sake, which I personally don't like at all.
However, the label this time is a bit more enthusiastic? So I ordered it.
I take a sip.
Ah, it's ordinary, but tasty.
The slightly sweet taste is good.
I'm glad I ordered it because it tastes a little different from what I've had in the past.
I think I ordered a few more things after that, but I don't remember 😱.
I didn't even take a picture of it, so, well, I can't help it (smiles).
Well, now that I have safely survived the end of the month, I would like to have a relaxing drink today.
I will update that later.
Thank you all for your hard work. 🙋
Then the middle one, "Senryo Otokoyama.
Honey-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is silky, but the flavor is similar to a juku-shu type. It has a honey and syrupy feel with a touch of pettiness.
However, it is easy to drink, with no harshness or bitterness, perhaps because the overall assertiveness is modest!
It is crisp but dense. It is a deep taste that is hard to describe!
I boarded a Peach aircraft ✈️ from Narita to Fukuoka!
When the plane leveled off and the fasten seatbelt sign went off, I took it out of my backpack and poof!
Senryo Otokoyama Josen Sanriku Railway label
Purchased at the Sanriku Railway Antenna Shop next to Miyako Station.
It's just an ordinary alsobe, but it goes perfectly with the "Iwashita Shinsei Ginger Torimeshi" ekiben we bought at Utsunomiya Station 👌👌.
It was a hectic 5-day/4-night drinking trip, but it was a lot of fun!
It was a very enjoyable five days of socializing and drinking with members at each of the places we visited.
