Quarter Junmai Daiginjo
Dry, crisp, no depth
The Joy of Sake New York 2025
Quality Utmost quality is the goal, and the ultimate in quality is created. aging The sake is aged for more than half a year to bring out the full flavor.
The 6th trial of Tsubosaka Sake Brewery.
The 5th was a nice kijoshu (supposedly), but this time it was made with wine yeast.
The taste was completely sweet and acidic white wine.
It is good to sip it while taking a bite of dried fruit.
I acquired this ginjo-shu by chance, but it was overshadowed by the overly delicious Matsu no Tsukasa that I had drunk a bottle of before, and I finished it without grasping its appeal.
I clearly remember that it only tasted like a sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
I thought it was Yukihiko-san, but it turned out to be SEPIKO-san.
Not a single character was right (laughs).
My hometown is Hyogo.
It has a very nice aroma.
Slightly sweet and smooth.
It was a delicious drink.
Junmai Shiboritate has been a long time coming!
The four-pack sold out instantly 😳.
I have the impression that it is much more robust than Junmai Ginjo of the same strength.
I've read reviews in the past that it felt spicy, but I guess they probably thought the alcohol was spicy 🤔.
This time I felt it was quite sweet.
I like this kind of thing a lot these days 😌.
I wonder if the hiyayogoshi we drank the other day was the one that was left to heat through the fire and then laid down to rest.
Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop.
The owner said that Yukihikoyama was the best hiyaoroshi of all the hiyaoroshi in stock this season, and there were only a few left in stock, so I bought it.
It is slightly sweet, juicy, and has a withered ripeness.
It has a thicker flavor than I expected. It's great on its own, but I'm sure it will also work well in a meal.
Well, I had a good impression of it when I tasted it two years ago.
The spiciness and nuttiness become a little stronger as the temperature rises, so I recommend drinking it cold.
Drink it cold! The person who told me about this sake said that it tastes best when heated, so I drank it hot! I drank it hot because I don't know much about sake, but I prefer the smell of hot sake.
I don't know much about sake, but I prefer it hot. ☺️ It smells and tastes like nothing I've ever tasted before, and it's savory? I found the brown rice-ness to be a mystery. Interesting~!
