I’ve been drinking sake in the USA casually for a few years and I’ve come to really enjoy it as one of my favorite drinks. Now I’m trying to experience, appreciate and learn more about sake.

I chose this sake to share with my family on New Year’s Eve and I think they all enjoyed it. It had a slightly sweet, fruity and citrusy open with some spice in the middle. I enjoyed this one quite a bit. Rice Polishing Ratio: 60% Sake Meter Value: +0 Acidity: 1.4

Junmai Nigori One of my favorite Nigori sakes I’ve tried so far. Not overpoweringly sweet and it is balanced with a pleasant and fruity tartness.

I wanted to take a nice sake with me to Thanksgiving for my family to try. My father who hasn’t had much sake before this said it was crisp, clear and refreshing 😂. I mostly agree. It was light and dry and most everyone really enjoyed it.

This sake lived up to the expectations. One of my favorites I’ve had in a while. Enjoyed it with friends who haven’t had much sake before and they all really enjoyed it as well. This is a bottle I would happily get again.
