Tonight I'm opening a bottle of Sakurafukietsu🌸... a jun-dai (pure) draft sake from Kanemitsu Shuzo🍶, a local brand in our area. Kanemitsu Shuzo is a well-known brewer of Kamo Kanehide, which many people like... but they don't ship their Sakurafukietsu series outside of the prefecture? I've only seen it in my hometown or suburbs😅. Actually, this morning... I went to buy the Kamo Kanehide sake that is only available at the direct sales outlet... but I didn't expect it to be sold out 😨 I got the notice on line on Monday... I didn't expect the 120 bottle limited edition to be sold out on a weekday... 😂... 😂. I was shocked, but I bought it immediately 😨! I was shocked and bought it immediately 🤭 lol Well...I'll open it now that I've been preaching for so long: ‼️ Gorgeous apple🍎 strawberry🍓 pear🍐...fruity aroma🤤. The mouthfeel is quite light and easy to drink 👌Among them, the piquancy derived from the raw sake? The taste is quite light and easy to drink 👌and you can feel a hint of pithiness 🫧 from the raw sake in the middle of it. Delicious... 😋. It is really excellent that there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste in the aftertaste 🥺. But...because I like it, I wonder where is the distinction between Kamo Kanehide and Sakurafukiyuki brewed by Kanemitsu Shuzo 😅. After all, they are both delicious and have a similar taste 💧. I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! I thought, "Isn't Hakkouda in Aomori City? But it seems that the western edge of Shichinohe Town, where the warehouse is located, is connected to Hakkouda. When I opened the bottle, I thought it was an adult lemonade. I thought it was adult lemonade, but the flavor was not sour. The 6th go-around house is Saba in Komasen from Shichinohe town in Aomori: 🐟️ I guess the only people who would recognize Sakuta or Shichiriki no Kura would be locals or Aomori otaku🤓 lol. This is the first bottle of Akita Shun Ginjo. I've never met this brewery before, but it's a good omen❗. The second day, the aroma of the nama-moto has receded into the background, and the taste becomes light and clean, but the nama-moto structure gives it a moderate depth, as if it is producing the flavor from a step back. This is my first New Year's Day back in my hometown Osaka. This year, my parents invited us to their department store Osechi. My sister and her husband brought me a bottle of Okutanba as a celebratory sake. You can feel the sweetness of the rice in the beginning, but it changes to a dry taste in the middle to the end. It is a perfect match for the richly flavored Osechi and fatty yellowtail sashimi. It is said that the sake degree is +5 (dry), but I feel that it is +2~3 (slightly dry?). I guess. Anyway, it was a delicious sake. Thanks to my sister and her husband!

The sake my sister and her husband served me at New Year's was so good that I decided to pick up another brand from the same brewery. Okutanba Junmai Ginjo. This is Yamana Shuzo's regular sake. At the same time, there is a sense of alcohol, but the aftertaste is short, so it gives a refreshing impression. According to the brewery's website, it has a sake strength of +1. +Hmm? +1? It's not dry, is it? Once again, I realized that the accuracy of my tongue sensor is disappointing (tears). Well, everyone has their own way of feeling.
