To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market. We had them as sashimi. It was like a smaller horseshoe crab. They were very pleased 😁. Now for the 🍶... We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles. Daikoku Masamune Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Yume Nishiki I like this sake very much😍. Calm and soft umami on the palate 😌. Gentle spiciness with a clean finish 😊. Overall, it's very cohesive and delicious 😋️‼️. The Sengoku I drank with it made me feel like a bit of a yankee 😆. Sweet and juicy is good, but I guess I prefer light and dry 🥰🥰. The last one I drank was also good, but This Daikoku Masamune was excellent👍🤣‼️.

The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔. I opened it for 2 days and drank it.... It has some kind of sweetness, and it's indescribably rich and delicious 😳. This is what I mean when I say that the taste opens up. Rice used is unknown. According to the owner of the sake shop, the sake is aged for three years, but there is no strong sense of aging, and it is a dry junmai-shu with a good acidity. It is a dry junmai-shu with a lot of acidity. The sweetness that spreads fluently and the spicy astringency in the latter half are very unique. After a few days, it becomes more crisp and easy to drink. For my taste, I'd like to have more of a woody or smoky flavor. Either way, it's not a type that will appeal to everyone. The mainstay of this brewery is Yamahai brewing, so it will be interesting to see how peculiar it is.

It is not labeled as Nama-shu, but according to the information on the Internet, the label on the back of the bottle says it needs to be kept chilled, which means it is Nama-shu. Am I right?
