Hakata Hyakunenkura Junmai Ginjo F44 15% 55% 720ml 1870yen I went to Hakata brewery from Tokyo. There were a lot of souvenirs and many foreigners were there. This is the first time to drink sake from this brewery, but it gives the impression of being sweet, heavy, and guttural. This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

It is Junmai Daiginjo from Ajigasawa 🍶. I remember hearing from the brewer that Ajigasawa is a wholesaler's PB... 🤔. The first aroma is a faint sweet aroma of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight astringency. It is a little bit hard. The proprietress said the special junmai from the same Ajigasawa was delicious 🙄.

Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.
