The aroma is not harsh, but rather a thin, light ginjo aroma, which is contrary to the color. The initial attack is the exact opposite of what you would expect, and it is easy to drink and light. It is so beautiful that it is hard to believe that it is made with 80% polished rice 😍slightly surprised 😍. My preconceived notions of the color have been overturned✨.

Herring 🐟, onions 🧅, shirako meat 🍖, fried surimi, etc. ‼️ I wanted to open a new bottle while marrying with various sakes and CHOICE this one: ‼️ The aroma has a slight alcohol smell, but not too bad. The first attack is very ricey and dry, reminding me of the sake of old 🍶. The sake after a long time! Light and dry! I was used to sweet, fruity, juicy type sake, so no satisfaction at all 🙇‍♀️ From a beauty point of view, I think it would go well with sashimi 🤔.

The aroma is a light ginjo-shu💜The first attack is the elegant sweetness of wasanbon sugar💜Then the bitterness kicks in and it's a beautiful sake😍Yummmm 😍. Yesterday's Kinzuki was delicious, but this one is no slouch either 💦 so let's compare 👀 Yokoyama Kinzumi Color: clear, pinkish Nose: Light ginjo aroma, milky sweet Sweetness: Wasanbon sugar, condensed milk-like sweetness Bitterness Gentle bitterness, lingering bitterness on the palate Overall impression Stable taste, unique taste ...So which is better in the end? ⁉️ They are both so good that I can't pick a winner. ...... but if I were to buy one for my wife as a gift... The aroma is light ginjo-shu💜The initial attack is full of rich rice sweetness...later it breaks off with bitterness, but there is something left over...ummmm bitterness? Maybe it would taste better with a little more time 😋. I'll keep you posted: ‼️

Kihei Omachi Junmai Ginjo Namaisouju My sister-in-law and her husband went back home and bought two kinds of local sake as gifts for the New Year party ‼️ Here is the first one! Sake made with Hakuto yeast from Okayama Prefecture! Hibiki looks so delicious 😋. The aroma doesn't smell of white peaches, but of rice 🌾. The first attack is a little fruity, but not white peachy, and the sweetness of the sake has a strong rice flavor! Today's snack is hot tofu! Sake with a crispy side dish! It goes well with the dry side dish!
