I came home from a business trip and opened this bottle for a good sake: ‼️ The aroma is a smooth sweet ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is youthful and fresh 😁 delicious 😋 Later on comes a stronger sweetness, but not too sweet, and the flavor is well rounded 🤣. Chokyu Junmai-shu Nama-zake Shiboritate 2,860 yen I'm going on a business trip to Osaka and Wakayama from today! I got sashimi, Unohana and Okra for my usual hotel drink‼️ Sake selection at my usual restaurant🥃I usually drink Kido, but I've had almost all kinds, so I chose this Wakayama sake for tonight‼️ The aroma is strong and melon-like. The first attack is sweet and spicy. The sashimi included red meat, salmon, squid, and sea bream, but none of them tasted good and were watery💦It's a very cheap supermarket, so it can't be helped!

My son's alma mater is participating in the Koshien (the National High School Baseball Tournament) in the spring🌸! The lottery has been decided and they will make it through the first round. 👍🏻🔥 We opened a bottle of this one to celebrate. ‼️ The aroma smells a little like alcohol, but it's not bad. ‼️ The first attack is sweet, but soon the pungency comes in. The astringency comes and then the alcohol smell comes. The acidity is also strong, and the astringent taste in the mouth makes the tongue feel squeaky with astringency ✨My wife hates it 😫.

Choyo Fukumusume Active Winter Junmai Ginjo Orikigarami Nama Sake The third glass was...yes✋my favorite, Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami! You can tell from the aroma that it's orikagara because of the gentle sweet aroma. ☺️ I didn't know about this sake, but there's something about Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake that just fits 🥰. The spiciness from the sweetness of the rice comes out ✋ delicious😁. There was no counter available, so I drank alone at a table‼️ and as I got drunk, the spaciousness made me 1000% happy... I drank and commented, drank and commented 💬 repeatedly. This guy is delicious ‼️

Herring 🐟, onions 🧅, shirako meat 🍖, fried surimi, etc. ‼️ I wanted to open a new bottle while marrying with various sakes and CHOICE this one: ‼️ The aroma has a slight alcohol smell, but not too bad. The first attack is very ricey and dry, reminding me of the sake of old 🍶. The sake after a long time! Light and dry! I was used to sweet, fruity, juicy type sake, so no satisfaction at all 🙇‍♀️ From a beauty point of view, I think it would go well with sashimi 🤔.

Chiyonomitsu Shiboritate Junmai Namaizu 3000 yen It is cold again today. Looking up at the night sky, we saw a beautiful full moon 🌕 and snow moon 🌕. Tonight is a tsukimi sake, so I opened a bottle of this sake with negima nabe and soba noodles. The aroma is light, but it smells good💜.
