Today's snacks included 6 kinds of Satsuma-age from Kamakamaei, grilled Magis, Teppanyaki Kacho Caballo, etc. ‼️ The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma💜At first, the sweetness of the attack wasanbon sugar is followed by a spiciness and a sharp finish. We have plenty of souvenirs from our business trip to Hokkaido and my wife's trip to Toyama, and the snacks are perfect 😊. Firefly squid sashimi, white shrimp sashimi, kamaei bread roll, seared sockeye salmon, fried genge, etc. ‼️ We will have it with our favorite Yokoyama: ♥️ The aroma is stable and gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma💜💜. Amano-no-do Unfiltered Junmai Sake Bi-Ina 2530 yen Get a good hot sake today: ♥️ No Tsumami, just hot sake for the after party 😋. We had it cold and it is a normal tasty sake, but we were told that it tastes good warmed up, so we warmed it up for dinner: ♥️ Since we don't have any snacks, we go with a walnut sandwich from Rokkatei, a souvenir ‼️. This souvenir is a favorite in our house and we buy it every time we go to the store✋. The warmed sake has a wonderful aroma of rice and tastes better than the cold one 😋It is a delicious sake that can be served with sweet snacks without losing its flavor‼️

Mashiro Junmai Ginjyo Namaishige Nama-shu 1980 yen (4 gos.) At last 500th 🥰🎉🎉🎉! I had stocked nearly 10 bottles in my fridge at home to commemorate the occasion, but the day came while I was on a business trip of all days 😩. Well, this is also fate💓, so I went to a nice sake shop 2km away from the hotel to look for sake to commemorate the occasion. When I told the master my preference, he recommended this one ‼️ and ...... which has been in production for 7 years...apparently only 4 stores sell this sake😳. I'm a sucker for limited editions and special editions 🥹. I thought it would be a great way to commemorate 🎉🎉 and bought it 🎉🎉. Today's snacks are local squid somen, Hokkaido large grain natto (fermented soybeans), etc. Now open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is gorgeous ginjo aroma💜sweet and fruity scent: ‼️ The first attack is fresh and fruity sweetness, then bitter not too bitter and sweetness mix together, delicious 😋🤤. The fact that it's hard to find makes it even more delicious💕︎This is a sake I want to drink again next year🤤.

The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is slightly sweet, but it has a spiciness to it. 💕︎ I feel it's a sake suitable for a mealtime drink💫✨. Today's snack was also teppanyaki! I had a lot of dishes like mezashi🐟, steak🥩, fried qinggengcai...here is a good match without disturbing any of them✋.

Tuna, Thai fish, bean sprouts, fresh onions, etc. ‼️ This one tastes like strawberry 🍓🍓✨CHOICE‼️ strawberry is a strong impression that I was shocked by Tohoku Izumi Mt. last year, so I have high expectations for this one‼️ The first attack is ugh, sweet~ sweet ❣️ mellow sweet sweet. I don't think it tastes like strawberries. Anyway, the sweetness is the best! But isn't it too sweet?

My wife and I went walking to the Aeon to buy some fresh firefly squid. ...... It was a little expensive, but we got it for tonight's entrée. Today's snacks were raw firefly squid, homemade gyoza, homemade u-no-hana, and garimayo chicken. ‼️ The first attack is gentle sweetness, and then it is clear and dry, and it is very smooth. I got sashimi, Unohana and Okra for my usual hotel drink‼️ Sake selection at my usual restaurant🥃I usually drink Kido, but I've had almost all kinds, so I chose this Wakayama sake for tonight‼️ The aroma is strong and melon-like. The first attack is sweet and spicy. The sashimi included red meat, salmon, squid, and sea bream, but none of them tasted good and were watery💦It's a very cheap supermarket, so it can't be helped!

My son's alma mater is participating in the Koshien (the National High School Baseball Tournament) in the spring🌸! The lottery has been decided and they will make it through the first round. 👍🏻🔥 We opened a bottle of this one to celebrate. ‼️ The aroma smells a little like alcohol, but it's not bad. ‼️ The first attack is sweet, but soon the pungency comes in. The astringency comes and then the alcohol smell comes. The acidity is also strong, and the astringent taste in the mouth makes the tongue feel squeaky with astringency ✨My wife hates it 😫.
