My wife and I wanted to drink some sake, so we got this one from Yamanashi ✊💖The price is for a junmai nama-shu (pure rice sake), so the cost performance is great👍! We had dried cured ham and smoked cheese for snacks! We had one sake bottle each in the car! The aroma smelled a bit of alcohol, but the mouthfeel was sweet and crisp, with a delicious dry cut afterwards. ♥️ Tonight after returning home, we grilled nameko mushrooms with foil and fresh onions‼️This day is fresher, sweeter and tastier‼️I'm a big fan of cheap and tasty sake. ♥️

Toyobai Junmai Ginjo Hana Raft 2,200 yen (4 gos. bottle) This year our Nanko Ume🔴 tree bore a lot of fruit thanks to our usual aphid control measures 🤲´- Today we finished pickling ume work‼️We opened this bottle tonight because we did a great job preparing the ume. Today's snacks are okonomiyaki and bonito tataki🐟. Toyobai is a special sake in our house‼️ The aroma is a deep, dark ginjo aroma💜It's been a while since I've had such a strong aroma, and the initial attack is sweet and spicy with a touch of astringency, but they mix early on and are really good 😋Nice match for the bonito tataki👍And then the boiled white shrimp came in the pot and we roasted them on a delicious teppan while drinking‼️ What a ‼️ delicious 😋!
