Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Hitogochi Light nigori 1540 yen (4 gos. bottle) Today is the last day of my business trip🔥I was looking for something at my usual liquor store and found that there is only one bottle left of Yamazan which I met for the first time the other day 😆 But it's already light nigori ❗️ and cheap, so I decided immediately ‼️ Tonight is yudofu👍and satsuma-age❗️ peanuts The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma 🥰I think it's similar to my favorite Kinko's 🤔The first attack is creamy and sweet, then it finishes with a clear bitter taste‼️ Delicious! Next time I'll mix it up and try the nigorigo ✋It has more milky sweetness, similar to kinzuki 🤣I think you can tell the difference if you compare them together, but my memory is a little foggy. ......! But it tastes better mixed together👍!

Fuji🗻 for the last time this year✋and on our wedding anniversary🎂‼️ As usual, myself and my wife went separately and met up in the middle of the mountain‼️ We enjoyed a fun climb and got some tasty snacks here and there in the car tonight‼️ And then to the feast in the car while watching Mt. Fuji fade into the night👍. Today we went shopping in Fujiyoshida City! We got some good sake, some horse sashimi, bonito, fried fish, salmon spring rolls, etc. for snacks! Now it's evening and the bottle is opened ‼️. The aroma is a steady ginjo aroma! No doubt about it! Tonight, we opened a bottle of this one: ‼️ "Sigatari" which is often served in our house ❕ but it's my first time to drink this type 🙂. But it's my first time to drink this type 👏The aroma is very ginjo 💜The first attack is sweetness that seems to be typical of Sigata? Aizan sweetness? Anyway, from the delicious sweetness, the bitter and pungent taste on the tongue is thick and delicious 😋. The unfiltered raw sake feel is gooooood ‼️ Oooooo shhhh 😆
