Tonight we opened a bottle of this sake: ‼️ The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma💜The first attack is a gentle but firm sweetness of wasanbon sugar, followed by a sharp dryness and a sharp finish. ♥️ If it's this good at this price, I'm very satisfied 💮. It's my favorite kind of taste. ‼️

Fukkai Yamadanishiki Hi-ire 3630yen Vegetables have become much cheaper and I bought whole cabbage and Chinese cabbage‼️ tonight I made kimchi nabe🍲✋I also threw in new potatoes from my parents' house‼️ The aroma is good💜The initial attack is sweet from the wasanbon sugar, but soon the spiciness comes and mixes with it to create a delicious taste‼️Nagasaki's sake is only good when it hits the right spot♥️ The aroma and taste are so great that we think it's a junmai ginjo or junmai daiginjo, but our senses tell us it's a junmai ginjo or junmai daiginjo.

Otokoyama Kita no Inaho Special Junmai 987 yen (4-pack bottle) Today is the second day of my business trip. ‼️ Last night I had Robatayaki with my relatives who came to Hokkaido by themselves! I enjoyed sake from Kushiro and Nemuro, and tonight I drank alone at the hotel ✌😚🍺🍺. I opened a bottle of this one with cabbage shabu-shabu and octopus sashimi 🙌Tonight I'm not too disappointed with this special junmai ‼️ another local Hokkaido sake 🎉the price is too cheap and I'm very worried 🥺 but I guess I'll just say failure is success.... The aroma is sweet and tasty 😋 The initial attack is sweet rice, then the spiciness comes and mixes with the sweetness, delicious 😋 I found a good sake with great cost performance👍. Now I wonder if they sell it in Chiba?

The rice is Shunyo, the same as Raifuku's Muscat, so I'm excited! The aroma is ginjo aroma💜A little bit of muscat, maybe? The initial attack is smooth but the sweetness comes through and is later blended with a lighter dry bitterness that lingers for a long time 😊I don't think there is much muscat flavor ❓ but it's usually delicious 😋.

Takayuu Junmai Ginjo Tokusharashi 3190 yen Today's snack was pork cabbage nabe 🍲🐽🍲 and lopia coleslaw with celery leaves mixed in for extra bulk 😆. Tonight we opened a bottle of this one: ‼️ and expected it to be very dry ✨The aroma is a bit ricey and a bit different from the usual ginjo aroma 💦. The first attack is sweet and spicy with a rice-like flavor, so I think it's better to drink with meat or stewed dishes than with a light and refreshing nabe 😆 But after the second or third sip, you get used to it and it goes well with it 🎉.

Reimei Junmai Ginjo I received a gift from my sister at work 😋. Today I boiled Japanese butterbur growing in the garden, wrapped gyoza, served bonito tataki and grilled chicken. These Japanese, Western, and Chinese snacks with anything and everything: 🙆‍♀️ The aroma is a good ginjo aroma, the initial attack is sweet with a strong sense of rice, then the bitter spiciness comes in quickly and the sake is sharp. ‼️ The sweet, bitter and spicy taste lingers in the mouth for a long time✋. I thought Reimei was an Okinawan sake, but it is also available in Nagasaki!

The aroma is fresh and sweet💜, the initial attack is gentle sweetness that quickly changes to spiciness, but it is not assertive. I used to like to drink the kind of sake that is like a "food sake" ‼️ dark, umami, sweet and juicy, but if you want to match it with a meal, a modest, light and delicious sake like this one is good! I guess you can't go wrong with special junmai 👍.

The aroma is a strong ginjo aroma💜and it looks delicious🤤The first attack is not as strong as I was expecting...but when I checked again, it was so-so 😅It was gone so fast while I was tasting it that I was vague about what kind of sake it really is😱I will check again tomorrow night when I drink it 😚.

Raifuku Junmai-shu Shunyo 3190 yen My wife loved this sake the most last year and begged me to have it, so I waited for it to come out in GW and finally got it ✊💖. The aroma of muscat is amazing 💜and the sweetness of muscat 🍇💜 when you drink it. This drink gave me a valuable experience last year where I learned the importance of the glass. I use a glass with an open mouthpiece and my wife uses a glass with a closed mouthpiece🥂𓈒𓏸◌. This difference makes it feel like a completely different drink💫✨ It's so different that people even say to me, "Can't you smell the muscat? It's so different that people even say "stupid nose" 💦. I was so surprised 👀I switched glasses and it changed so much that even my wife finally understands 😊. For sake, the glass is important as well as the snacks: ❗️

This means we have to open a new sake ...... and CHOICE here ❗️ The aroma is a very fruity ginjo aroma💜The first attack is a mildly sweet fruity sake‼️ and the snacks are delicious 😋 and the sake is delicious😁. Well, after the dinner was over, we went home and started the after-party ‼️ CHOICE here for the third glass! My preconceived notion was that it was delicious 😋 and I chose 🤤. The first attack is sweet and juicy, followed by a lingering aftertaste, and then the spiciness starts to kick in later on✋. It is a beautiful sake and very tasty 😋.

Manjusen Tokusen Daiginjo Nama Sake 4290yen The second half of GW❗️ will be crowded with my son's friends tonight for sake 😳To let them know how good sake tastes, let's taste some good sake first😊. I opened a bottle of this one first. The aroma is sweet and alcoholic. The initial attack has a firm sweetness and a bitter pungency, with a long lingering bitter aftertaste that really makes you think you are drinking sake 🍶. The lingering aftertaste lasts forever, so I just enjoy it with a pinch of sake 😋.

We opened a bottle of this one with some snacks like tuna fatty tuna, fried shrimp 🍤, raw lamb steak 🥩, etc. ‼️ The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma, this aroma is 💜stable and delicious💜. The first attack is sweet and juicy and delicious 😋It cuts off afterwards, but where is the description of super dry 😋...... delicious and sharp 😋 Not too spicy but just right 👌 delicious 😋. The three of us finished the bottle in no time💦.
