Oze no Yukidoke - light nigori Junmai Daiginjo - 3498 yen Today's snacks: simmered beef tendon, boiled tofu, natto omelette, baked sweet potato 🍠🍂. We wanted to have the best dinner even with leftovers ...... so we opened a bottle of this one ‼️ The aroma smells of fresh melon sweetness💜The first attack is full of the elegant sweetness of wasanbon sugar, and later the bitterness starts to win out and the sweetness is sharp. ‼️ Ori is also thin and beautiful sake. Delicious 😋.

Matsutake Mushroom Sake - 100% Matsutake Mushrooms from the Ueda area It's very cold tonight and I wanted to drink hot sake, so I opened a bottle of this one that I got at New Year's 😊. I can't taste the matsutake 😅The second glass is mixed and a bit of oli? The second cup was poured hot with a slight ‼️ matsutake flavor, not bad but not what I expected 💦.

I drank it yesterday but I don't remember ....... The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma💜The first attack is a matte sweetness from the sugar 🥰, then comes the spiciness 😛, and then the finish is clean and crisp 😊. Delicious sake as always ♥️

Kihei Omachi Junmai Ginjo Namaisouju My sister-in-law and her husband went back home and bought two kinds of local sake as gifts for the New Year party ‼️ Here is the first one! Sake made with Hakuto yeast from Okayama Prefecture! Hibiki looks so delicious 😋. The aroma doesn't smell of white peaches, but of rice 🌾. The first attack is a little fruity, but not white peachy, and the sweetness of the sake has a strong rice flavor! Today's snack is hot tofu! Sake with a crispy side dish! It goes well with the dry side dish!

Ona Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Nama Sake 3190 yen I was introduced to this and another bottle of nigori sake at a liquor store in Tokyo that my wife would like. The other bottle is a famous sake and we will drink it next time. Today's snack was teppan-yaki! We can have everything 👍 We have horse mackerel, lamb, pancakes, baked sweet potato, and so on. Since it's just the two of us, we're camping at home every day 🎉. Well, first of all, we drank only the top clear water. It's a delicious drink with a sweet taste 👍My wife praised it too⭐️ and asked me to buy another bottle already✋. I also had a bottle of Ori mixed in 😵‍💫. It turns into milky sweetness, which I like 🥰. My wife, on the contrary, felt that the top clearings were sweeter 😂I guess everyone's taste buds are totally different‼️

Special Junmai + Akita...... this is a sure thing even before you drink it☝️☝️☝️ The nose is very mellow and sweet with a hint of ginjo aroma❤️ྀིThe initial attack is clean, sweet and easy to drink✨✨Ah, I knew it was a definite special junmai‼️ too good☝️ not habitual, sweet but not too tart, not too smooth and not too much of a distraction from the fish‼️ definitely in my top 10 for this year‼️

Suminoe watch out! Junmai Ginjyo Nakadare, 3300 yen Today we had teppanyaki twice in two days! I'm addicted to the multi-griddle and love it✋. There are various snacks to go with it! First of all, dried mackerel with mirinboshi (a kind of dried fish)! Shrimp with basil salt, chicken and homemade amacho! The aroma is a very nice ginjo aroma! Looks sweet and delicious 🤤. The first attack is the sweetness of wasanbon sugar, mattari and delicious sake ♥️ yummy yummy 😋! I was so busy with the teppanyaki that I didn't have time to feel it and in no time at all 😭
