Obtained as a souvenir from Tochigi!
I was torn between this and "Sagata" or "Kuo", which are also Tochigi sake, but I went with my gut feeling👍.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was elegant and aromatic, like apples, pears, and prunes.
The mouthfeel is clear and soft. The taste is sweet, elegant, and fresh with melon and tropical fruits, but the balance is smart and balanced without being too assertive.
As a Nakadori unfiltered unpasteurized sake, I had an image of it being a bit heavy, but it is light, clear, and easy to drink!
The clear rice flavor and the acidic and astringent effect that comes after the first pass through.
Just like the name "Yumesasara", it has a deep and well-processed taste ✨.
Gunma sake, Tochigi sake, and Fukushima sake.
It was a delicious taste that made us feel once again that they are unshakable!
