I had never seen this brand before and wondered, "Well, ...... where is this sake from?" I took a sip and found it had a sour and sweet taste like yogurt.

I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Niimasa No. 6, so I decided it would be a shame to just drink it all up ‼️, gathered sake drinkers, made reservations at a nice restaurant in the city, and opened the bottle.

Aizan! Nigori sake！！！！ I bought it without a second thought because it was a rare combo of the two.

This is the first time for me to try SENKYO's Edo-style series. Since I was going to go through the trouble, I decided to have a happoshu.

It tastes like a combination of the latest fad and old-fashioned Niigata sake, mellow but with a lightness that is unique to Niigata. I'd like to drink Kafuda sake someday. ......
