@Home Drinking I'm with Masayo again 🤭. Zuika here, the aroma is muscat-like and certainly on the gorgeous side (unusually nasal 🤣). The sweetness is moderate, just a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly, the bitterness and acidity come to the fore in the mouthfeel. Not too light as Hiyori, but with a good depth of flavor and a lingering elegant aftertaste.

Pure Black is Yamamoto's flagship sake. While there are various seasonal sake, we believe that our standard sake is the most spirited. It is the face of the brewery. This sake was created by Mr. Yamamoto, the brewery's head brewer, who went through a lot of trial and error while the brewery was in the bottom of its management and the toji retired. The story is first and foremost muneatsu. When you drink it, you can taste a slight citrus acidity along with umami. It is an extremely good sake that is easy to drink, with a slight sweetness and no unpleasant alcohol taste at all. The intent is to have a "sharp sharpness like a Japanese sword. I see, it does not have a sweetness. It is said to go well with cream cheese and iburi goko (pickled ginger). It certainly seems to go well with them. It is very tasty!

It has been a while since I had Akabu. I love Akabu in its raw form. And it is a fruity sake again, just like green apples! It was like drinking green apple juice and I couldn't believe it was sake. I wish they would offer this kind of sake at restaurants where college students can go... I think that way, even young people would be able to appreciate the taste of sake... Since it is junmai ginjo, it is light and light, so there is no heaviness after drinking. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much for the treat!
