Although I had had a drink at the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa Station, my memory of what kind of sake it was is hazy because I was tasting various kinds of sake.
The brand name "Itkey" is cool.
I found it at a local supermarket.
First of all, it is yellow in color.
It has a sour and fruity flavor.
It is sharp and refreshing.
The alcohol content is low at 12 degrees, perhaps to give it the image of wine.
It gives the impression of being more like a fruit wine than a typical sake!
There is such a sweet sake.
It's like juice.
If I were to describe it in a way that my vocabulary is not good enough...
Sweet as it is, sour as it is. It is refreshing, like sukkiri.
I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it is very tasty.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 12 degrees Celsius
I bought this sake because it was described as fruity.
When I drank it, I found a strong sourness and it tasted more like makgeolli than sake.
Later, when I looked at the label, it said it had a strong sweet and sour taste from the rice... I should have looked at the label carefully (T . T). T)
It was not my personal favorite, but it might be good for those who like strong sour sake.
