2025.99th. Imadeya's distribution, I opened the second bottle after letting it sit for 6 months. It was so good, I think I rather like it better when I let it sit lol. It had an elegant sweetness and a beautiful mouthfeel, and the flavor was more delicious than the first bottle, which was very smooth. I like this one lol. Fukkai-san again, I will buy it! Thanks for the treat.

2025.98th. I had this sake at a sake home drinking party with friends. It is a very easy-drinking sake, with a nice freshness. It is not a sweet sake, but rather a dry sake with a refreshing taste rather than a dry sake with a delicious taste. It is not sweet, but it may be dry with a crisp taste rather than dry with the delicious taste of sake. The reason why Senkyoku and Hououmida, which are relatively sweeter, have this flavor may be due to the characteristics of this Aikoku rice. Since it is said to have just been revived, we are looking forward to next year's sake and beyond as well, as we may see more sakes that will show the hidden potential of this rice in the future. 2025.97th. This is the first Hidakami I've had at home. I had it for the first time in a long time at the Salmon Lab's 10th anniversary celebration, and it was so delicious that I bought it myself! The taste is dry, with little sweetness, but the umami of the rice is still there, and it really goes well with fish. I would buy it again! It is more of a classic sake, so I would recommend it to those who have had some sake before, or those who expect this kind of taste from sake, rather than beginners. It was very delicious! 2025.96th. The final installment of Imadeya's hanpukai. The sake is Hououmida by Kobayashi Shuzoten. It is an assemblage sake, so the flavors are very cohesive and the Hououmida-like sweetness stands out. Since it is hi-iru, it has a mild mouthfeel and gives the impression of a beautiful sweet sake. I would like to open the second bottle a little later. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.95th. Second bottle of Kabuto this season. It is still an adult lemon squash lol. I won't go into details as I've had it many times in the past, but as a result of the Edo-bouncing, the flavor is more elongated and has more depth. The taste is very different from this year's bubbly Kugawata, which is the same summer sake, and it is very good. Thank you very much.

2025.94th. Purchased on the way home from Sakelabo's 10th anniversary thanksgiving party. I really wanted to buy this sake because it is not so easy to buy in Kansai. It is still delicious. The rice flavor, sweetness, and beautiful mouthfeel and mouthfeel for less than 2,000 yen is the most cost-effective sake I've ever tasted. The banana-like fruity taste and the mouthfeel that quickly disappears are the reason why it is so easy to drink. Sake with a strong aftertaste is good to drink slowly, but when you want to sip a sake that disappears quickly and easily, you can't go wrong with this. It is delicious and if I find it again, I will buy it immediately. Thank you very much for the food!

2025.93rd. The UA Kuwagata bubbly that I finally got! It was omitted from the post. The bottle broke at the liquor store where I had ordered it? The bottle was broken or something, so it arrived with a crown cap. Since it is a bubble wine, the crown cap is more appropriate! The only drawback is that you have to drink it as soon as you open the bottle. As for the taste, unlike last year's Kugawata, it tastes like Kabutomushi turned into a sparkling sake, with more of a grown-up lemon squash shwash flavor. It's like a citrusy sparkling sake, and you can gobble it up like juice. It's my favorite flavor and I'm so glad I was able to buy another bottle. I was also able to purchase the Golden Kabutomushi again this year and was able to conquer all three types. Thank you for the treat.

2025.92nd. A disagreement? This is a collaboration project between the two breweries, where laughter flows. The collaboration has been underway for several years with an ancient variety called Aikoku, and this release seems to be a full-blown release. This will stop the flow of the disagreement theory lol? Putting that aside, when two of Tochigi Prefecture's best sake breweries, both of which have many fans, collaborate, there is no way I won't buy it. Of course, I bought the Sengoku version. It tastes less sweet, wild, and rather dry. It also has a characteristic extended umami flavor derived from the sake yeast. If you like ordinary Hououmida, you may be confused by the difference in taste, but this is a sake made from an ancient variety, and it is very drinkable. Personally, I like the taste and look forward to drinking Senkyu's version. I hope you will continue to collaborate with us more and more! And I hope you will dispel the theory of irreconcilable differences. Thank you very much for the food.

2025.90th. Another marriage has come and gone. I think we have a good chance to meet this year. It has a fine sweetness and umami that is typical of Jikin, and the beautiful mouthfeel is superb. Since it is Gohyakumangoku, it is not gorgeous and the taste is relatively calm, but you can still feel the sweetness, which I think is because of the careful sake making process. Lately, I have been enjoying sweeter sakes as well. I would be happy if I could have a chance to taste more Jigokin in the future. Especially nigori sake.... Thank you very much for your kindness.

2025.89th. It has been a long time since I had Isozumo. I had an image that it was expensive, so I have not been able to enjoy it recently, but it is available in the 1,000 yen range. I don't drink much honjozo, but this sake was very tasty. It is a refreshingly dry sake with just the right amount of umami from the rice, and is very good as a food sake. 2025.86th. This is the first time I received this Takihama. I bought it from Imadeya's hanpukai. I thought it would have a strong umami flavor since it was made with 80% polished rice, but it turned out to be right. The flavor is more classic, and I personally prefer it cold. I prefer this sake at a temperature where I can drink it at a temperature that is both refreshing and accentuates the umami. It is not sweet, so it is dry. It is mellow and dry. If I find another sake that interests me, I will buy it. Thank you very much for your kindness.

2025.83rd. This is the first time I received this summer dobrokku. It is labeled as "dobrokku" but it seems to be strained and the product is sake. I bought it because Kai of Sakelabo recommended it. Yes, it is a normal tasty sake. It is a sweet strain, with a shwashiness and a cool, refreshing taste. It tastes like nigori sake, which is usually served during the new sake season, but this time in the summer. It is the kind of sake you want to drink during the hot summer season! It is a sake that you would want to drink during the hot summer season, and you may want to bring it to an outdoor BBQ or camping trip. If you drink it indoors in an air-conditioned room, it is just ordinary nigori sake. 2025.81st. Harujion, a seasonal sake for early summer by Koei Kiku, which I have not had in a while. I had it last year, and it is as delicious as ever this year! Koueikiku's sake has gradually developed a different taste depending on the brand, and this sake is characterized by its fruity, lychee-like taste. In the past, I felt that Koeikiku was characterized by its acidity or its sizzle, but it is good that it is not just that. The acidity is there, but it is not that strong. Rather, the umami comes to the forefront and, due in part to the low alcohol content, you can guzzle it like a juice. I like the freshness of it because it is summery. Is Sunburst coming next? 2025.80th. The first sansho I've had in a while is a Yamadanishiki Rokunoso. It is still delicious. I like Yamadanishiki the best among all the Sanso wines, but the Rokunoso has a very elegant taste with a more subdued, umami flavor and a unique minerality. I have the impression that San-do-san is getting better and better, and it is very drinkable. It is not often that I get a chance to drink it, but I am looking forward to the next opportunity!
