2025.72nd. This is the first time I received Chiyomitsu. It is Imadeya's hanpukai sake. As the name suggests, I thought the previous rating was very sweet, but it really is sweet lol. The sake degree of -70 is not a joke. It is so sweet that you would think it was a noble sake. It is very easy to drink and has a good balance of taste. I have another bottle of sake from the hanpukai, but I want to buy it myself. This is the kind of encounter that makes the hanpukai so interesting. Thank you very much for the treat.

2025.71st. Senkou, which I hadn't had for about a month. I found a Modern Biao style Origami and bought it on impulse lol. It is still my favorite flavor! After the classic, I like the modern-style Origami second best among the regular products. This Yamadanishiki sake is a marriage of Senkou's limey fruity flavor and gorgeous umami, and I think it is the series that strikes the best balance between drinkability, deliciousness, and price range. It is great to be able to drink this level of sake easily, and I think Japan is a great country. I would like to try the higher priced Sengoku someday. And I will buy the modern series when I find it again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

2025.70th. This is the second bottle of Jikin from Imadeya's hanpukai. I opened the bottle to see how it would be after about half a year of aging! The beautiful flavor and sweetness of Jikin is still there, but the impression is that it has become slightly sweeter. It has always been a sweet sake, but I might believe it even if it were called a kijoshu. It is that beautifully sweet. It also has a banana-like fruity flavor, making it a very easy-drinking sake. Since Jikin was a raw sake, the second bottle was limited to half a year, but I have had the opportunity to taste various other rare sakes, so I look forward to more in the future. 2025.69th. We had it again this year, Summer no Otosore! It's as delicious as ever and feels like a true summer drink! It has more citrus than the regular Ohmine, like an adult lemon squash. It tastes similar to Senkou's Kabutomushi, but this one may be sweeter. I am looking forward to this year's Kabutomushi as well lol. Summer sake that is gradually coming out, lemony, skunky, or on the rocks. It is a season to look forward to. Thanks for the treat.

2025.68th. Gagakuyo's first UA collaboration sake! We have finished our collaboration with Senkori, and now we would like to focus on Gagakuyo's collaboration sake. As for the design, they aimed for a low-alcohol sake like Hiyori and a voluptuous taste like Tama Hibiki. It really is as it should be. It is low-alcohol and very easy to drink, yet it has a strong flavor and is very drinkable. It tastes like a fresh, sweet, and restrained rum. I personally like it and will be looking out for future collaboration drinks. Thanks for the treat.

2025.67th. The first Koei Kiku we have had in a while is the new Noon Crescent. It is the first summer sake of the season. I did not expect to drink nigori sake in summer, and I was surprised that it was a draft sake. It tastes like a refreshing Snoqualmie, and although it is a nigori sake, it is very summery. It is a nigori sake, but it tastes like summer. It is the kind of sake I like to drink when it is hot. Hasegawa Sake Brewery described it as being like rumune, and that is exactly what it is. It has a fruity taste like pear, which I like. I will be having a variety of summer sake from now on, and I would like to buy this sake again. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.66th. This is the second bottle of Takashi no Tsukasa from the Imadeya hanpukai. No, it was more to my liking than the first bottle! Rather than being fruity, the rice flavor has mellowed, and it has transformed very much into a very easy-drinking sake, as if the corners have fallen off. It is more of a classic sake, but totally easy to drink. Knowing this flavor made me want to drink it again. I think I understand why it is so popular. If I find it again, I will buy it! 2025.65th. This is the second bottle of Yoshida Kura u in the Imadeya hanpukai. Opened about 6 months later. The taste seems a little darker than the last time. It is more like a noble sake and easy to drink. I personally love the unique sweetness, umami, and melon-like fruity flavor that is typical of Yoshidagurau, and it has become my second regular sake after Senkou. I am looking forward to the next Yoshida Kurau again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

2025.64th. This is the first time I had Kawatsuru Olive which I have been wanting to have. I like it very much. lol I like it more than Sanuki Kuraudai lol. It has a fruity and fresh mouthfeel like muscat, very easy to drink and you can gobble it up like juice lol. I think it is also due to the low alcohol content! Personally, I would recommend this sake to beginners rather than Sanuki Kuraudai! I'm sure I'll be back for the next one as well, as they seem to release different sake for different seasons! I'm sure I'll be buying more Kagawa sake in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

2025.63rd. Sake shops are all selling Shinsei by lottery. It is no longer sold even in a tie-in. If you make it a lottery, the number of people in the lottery increases, so you can hardly buy it. It is a very precious sake. It has a fruity taste like a lime derived from yeast No. 6, as is typical of Shinmasa. It also has a light flavor typical of Misato Nishiki. Therefore, even though it is a junmai daiginjo, it has a light and refreshing taste. We are very impressed with Shinmasa's ability to brew a variety of flavors at a high level while using the same yeast. I would like to have it again. Thank you very much.

2025.62nd. I hesitated to open the bottle because I thought it would be a waste. As expected of Mimurosugi. The balance of umami was so good that I finished it right away. I had Nanadoro at Kaze no Mori before, but it has a different flavor. It is different from Kaze no Mori's which has a wild taste with a lot of acidity, but it has a calm yet delicious flavor and the bodaciousness of the Bodhi yeast is superb. This is the wonderful thing about sake, that even with the same rice, the flavor can change depending on the brewer, which is why I like to try sake from different breweries. It is a matter of taste, but I think I personally prefer Mimuro Sugi's sake this year. I am sure they will release more in the future, so I would like to have more and more Nanarusui sake. 2025.61st. This is the second sake from Imadeya's hanpukai for November. The last time I had it, I thought it had a light yet delicious sake-like flavor. After only half a year, it has changed to a rich flavor, lol. The rice flavor is also very good, and the classic taste is very delicious. I chose the two-bottle hanpukai set this time, and it was worth the choice to get the two-bottle set because the taste has changed so much. It is rare to find such a difference in taste. I am looking forward to the other second sakes. Thank you very much.

2025.60th. Yoshida Kura u seasonal sake, United Arrows collaboration. I have never had the normal Night & Dance, so I don't know the difference, but it is a very light and easy to drink sake. It is very light and easy to drink, yet still fruity, and you can enjoy it while sipping. The low alcohol content also makes the sake feel very small, and I finished it right away. I am looking forward to next year's sake, and I am also interested in the regular version. Thank you very much for the food.

2025.59th. This is the first Sanuki Kuraudai I've purchased in any way. It is often recommended for beginners and I had drunk it once outside, but this is the first time I bought it. Yes, this is not sake. lol It really is calpis. lol The rich flavor, sweetness, and unique sourness, just like calpis lol. It was so rich straight that I wanted to drink it with water like the old Calpis, but here I had it on the rocks as recommended. If you think of it as sake, it tastes somewhat strange, but if you think of it as calpis, you will be convinced. I bought it to compare with Kawatsuru Olive this time, so I am looking forward to Kawatsuru Olive as well. Thank you very much for the treat.

It is citrusy and fruity with a strong umami flavor. It is reluctant, but it is not at all unpleasant, in fact, it is very pleasant to drink, not too sweet. This is the next Q/A I will buy. 2025.57th. I brought this to a sake party with friends. We had this sake and Shitaizumi. Also, The Shidaisen was very good, with the umami of rice that is typical of sake. And this Jikin has a beautiful mouthfeel, and it goes in easily and soaks through. Perhaps it is the Gohyakumangoku rice, but the umami of the rice is restrained. It was the complete opposite of what I expected from a sake, and I felt the breadth of sake. After that, I had a gin and tonic, and it was a day of drinking a lot of sake. 2025.56th. This sake is made from rice called Kotobukinmoku, a new product from Kangiku. It has a sweetness, but also has a crispness because it is orikarami. The sweetness is unique, and the aroma is calm. Although it is a junmai daiginjo, it has a luxurious but not too gorgeous aroma, making it an easy-drinking sake. I would like to have it again next year. Thank you for the sake.

2025.55th. We had it again this year, Organic Naturals X. It is still delicious. Since it is yeast-free, it has the lightest and calmest taste of all the current Senkou sakes, and it is very easy to drink. It is also sparkling, so it is a very dangerous sake that can be drunk in large gulps. I like SENKYO's classic sake the best, but this sake is also one of my favorites. 2025.54th. This is a collaboration sake with Kaze no Mori no Shinmasa. The previous regular version had a more subdued taste, but this mid-pasteurized version has more umami and a lime-like flavor, which is typical of No. 6 yeast. Personally, I prefer this one. It is rare for Shinmasa to collaborate with other breweries, so I would like to have this again in the future and sincerely hope that they will collaborate with other breweries besides next5 and Kaze no Mori. 2025.53rd. This is the first sake of this season of Imadeya's hanpukai, GUITO! Garakudai is still delicious. I originally purchased two bottles and thought I would enjoy the change in flavor after six months. It was a light and dry sake, but after half a year, I got the impression that the umami flavor became a little darker. It is still dry, but it has a deeper flavor and a different impression. I would have liked to compare the two sakes at the same time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
