2025.61st. This is the second sake from Imadeya's hanpukai for November. The last time I had it, I thought it had a light yet delicious sake-like flavor. After only half a year, it has changed to a rich flavor, lol. The rice flavor is also very good, and the classic taste is very delicious. I chose the two-bottle hanpukai set this time, and it was worth the choice to get the two-bottle set because the taste has changed so much. It is rare to find such a difference in taste. I am looking forward to the other second sakes. Thank you very much.

2025.60th. Yoshida Kura u seasonal sake, United Arrows collaboration. I have never had the normal Night & Dance, so I don't know the difference, but it is a very light and easy to drink sake. It is very light and easy to drink, yet still fruity, and you can enjoy it while sipping. The low alcohol content also makes the sake feel very small, and I finished it right away. I am looking forward to next year's sake, and I am also interested in the regular version. Thank you very much for the food.

2025.59th. This is the first Sanuki Kuraudai I've purchased in any way. It is often recommended for beginners and I had drunk it once outside, but this is the first time I bought it. Yes, this is not sake. lol It really is calpis. lol The rich flavor, sweetness, and unique sourness, just like calpis lol. It was so rich straight that I wanted to drink it with water like the old Calpis, but here I had it on the rocks as recommended. If you think of it as sake, it tastes somewhat strange, but if you think of it as calpis, you will be convinced. I bought it to compare with Kawatsuru Olive this time, so I am looking forward to Kawatsuru Olive as well. Thank you very much for the treat.

2025.58th. This is the first time I received it, Q/A. I bought it from Imadeya's hanpukai. As for the taste of this sake, it is like a Senkou retro. It is citrusy and fruity with a strong umami flavor. It is reluctant, but it is not at all unpleasant, in fact, it is very pleasant to drink, not too sweet. This is the next Q/A I will buy. 2025.57th. I brought this to a sake party with friends. We had this sake and Shitaizumi. Also, The Shidaisen was very good, with the umami of rice that is typical of sake. And this Jikin has a beautiful mouthfeel, and it goes in easily and soaks through. Perhaps it is the Gohyakumangoku rice, but the umami of the rice is restrained. It was the complete opposite of what I expected from a sake, and I felt the breadth of sake. After that, I had a gin and tonic, and it was a day of drinking a lot of sake. 2025.56th. This sake is made from rice called Kotobukinmoku, a new product from Kangiku. It has a sweetness, but also has a crispness because it is orikarami. The sweetness is unique, and the aroma is calm. Although it is a junmai daiginjo, it has a luxurious but not too gorgeous aroma, making it an easy-drinking sake. I would like to have it again next year. Thank you for the sake.

2025.55th. We had it again this year, Organic Naturals X. It is still delicious. Since it is yeast-free, it has the lightest and calmest taste of all the current Senkou sakes, and it is very easy to drink. It is also sparkling, so it is a very dangerous sake that can be drunk in large gulps. I like SENKYO's classic sake the best, but this sake is also one of my favorites. I would like to have it again next year. Thank you very much.

2025.54th. This is a collaboration sake with Kaze no Mori no Shinmasa. The previous regular version had a more subdued taste, but this mid-pasteurized version has more umami and a lime-like flavor, which is typical of No. 6 yeast. Personally, I prefer this one. It is rare for Shinmasa to collaborate with other breweries, so I would like to have this again in the future and sincerely hope that they will collaborate with other breweries besides next5 and Kaze no Mori. 2025.53rd. This is the first sake of this season of Imadeya's hanpukai, GUITO! Garakudai is still delicious. I originally purchased two bottles and thought I would enjoy the change in flavor after six months. It was a light and dry sake, but after half a year, I got the impression that the umami flavor became a little darker. It is still dry, but it has a deeper flavor and a different impression. I would have liked to compare the two sakes at the same time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

2025.52nd. We had it again, Yoshida Kura u Kijoshu. This time it is a fire-aged version. Compared to the nama-shu version, it has a calmer and richer flavor. However, the wild and rich flavor that I felt in the nama-shu version was still there, and the taste was very complex. Personally, I preferred the nama-shu version, but it is also excellent. I love Yoshida Sake Brewery and their sake, so I will continue to have it. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.51th. This is the second bottle of this season's Kangiku, Nagi. It is still delicious and may be my favorite Kangiku sake of this season. It can be drunk like a juice, fruity, and you can also taste the characteristic bitterness. This is my second bottle, so I will not describe my impression that much. 2025.50th. It has been a long time since I have had a sake from Kabishin. I used to drink only Winter Moon, but now I have Kabishin, or rather, Shinshin. This sake, which has the name of "Kami" (God), is a very typical sake, a traditional sweet sake. It has a strong flavor typical of Omachi. Beginners should be aware that even though this is a nama sake, it is not a shuwa shuwa type sake. This was a strong flavor that is the essence of nama sake. Thank you very much for your kindness.

2025.49th. It's been a while since I've had Kouei Kiku. As the name suggests, it really tastes like orange juice or orange sour. Of course it is sake, but it tastes very similar to it and is very easy to drink. I believe that sake should have a variety of flavors, and I am very happy to be able to enjoy this kind of flavor in sake. I am very happy to be able to enjoy this kind of taste in sake. 2025.48th. Kaze no Mori, which I have not had in a while, is a new sake brewing rice from Nara prefecture, Nanadoro. The taste is not so gorgeous, as it is descended from dewy leaf wind, and you can feel the wildness of the rice. It has a very complex flavor, with a sweetness and umami of the rice. It is like a slightly sweeter version of dewy-leaf style sake. The sharp taste of hard water that is typical of Kaze no Mori is still present, but the sweetness gives it a strange taste. Officially, it is described as floral, and I see what you mean. Kaze no Mori is an easy sake to buy, so when I buy it again, this sake will be on my list. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

2025.47th. I wonder how many bottles I've had. lol Sengoku Classic, my favorite classic sake among Edobari. I am amazed at the perfection every time. The wildness of Kame-no-o and the fruity taste reminiscent of lime are a perfect marriage, and even though it is fire-aged, it has a light nigorigo and freshness. I want to buy this sake every time I find it, and I need to replenish my supply. Thanks for the treat.

2025.45th. I've always been curious about Fukuda Sake Brewery's Fukkai. I was even more curious after watching Sake Mania on Nagasaki's YouTube channel. Then it was included in Imadeya's hanpukai and I was able to have it. It tastes like a smooth, light sake that is easy to drink and not too strong. It is not fruity, which is the latest trend, nor is it just a classic, but more of a sweet sake. It is a fresh sake that you can drink all the time. I haven't had much of Fukuda itself, but Fukkai is a sake I would like to buy again if I find it. It has a beautiful and carefully crafted feel to it. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.44th. This is a Noto reconstruction support sake from Yoshida Sake Brewery. It is a sparkling sake, but it tastes like a thick and sparkling version of classic sake. It is a little different from Mio or other sparkling sake, but it has the classic taste of Japanese sake, and the sparkling taste makes it easier to drink. Personally, I like the taste, but it may be for experts. I am happy to be able to drink a variety of sake. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

2025.42nd. I love Mimurosugi by Imanishi Shuzo, but it's getting harder and harder to buy these days. This time, it is a wooden cask Bodaihashi. I drank it in one day. I drank it in one day lol. I like the taste of Bodaihashi sake because it has a really gentle and beautiful mouthfeel. I am looking forward to the next time I will encounter Mimuro cedar again.
