2025.154th. Post omission. Ona nigori we received again this year. This nigori sake is said to be one of the four great nigori sakes and is said to be close to the three great nigori. Ona's sake is usually relatively light and has the image of a mid-meal sake, but this sake has a sweet taste and disappears quickly. It is also silky and very delicious. This year's nigori sake is really of a high level. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.153th。 今年もいただきました、七本槍の活性にごり!!もうこれ大好きなんです笑 辛口の中でも独特な旨みがあり、クラシックとは違う味わいです。活性酒ならではのシュワシュワ感とすごくマッチしていて、今年も満足です。辛口の中では1番ですね。 そして、ほぼ濾さずに瓶詰めされてるので、最後の方はほとんどお米です笑 もう米を食べてました笑。 また別の七本槍もいただけるかと思いますので、楽しみにしたいと思います! ご馳走様でした!

2025.152nd. Gagakuyo's Yukishita, which we received again this year. It is very delicious, just like last year. It is not sweet, but not classic either. It is very easy to drink. It is very good to drink with sashimi. I am looking forward to Gagakuyo because I am also waiting for Kazehana! Thanks for the treat.

2025.151st. The first immovable purchased. It is a candidate from this season. The first Fudo was nigori sake, very cloudy and I thought it was doburoku, but contrary to its appearance, it is not sweet and is in the dry category. The label also says "dry" lol. It is very easy to drink because it is very muddy but dry, and the taste is very calm. I don't particularly feel the fruity taste either. I have found another dry sake that I like. It is a fudo following Shichibon-yari and Hidakami. I would like to buy other Fudo again. Thank you very much for your kindness.

2025.150th. This is my favorite Mimuro Cedar's Romance Series Orikarami! This year, they use not only Yamadanishiki but also Rohafu, which certainly gives a subdued impression. It is certainly a very subdued sake, but the elegant sweetness, umami, and silky mouthfeel make it one of the top three nigorizake I have tasted this year. After 3 days, the sweetness increases and you can enjoy the change in taste. I am looking forward to buying the Bodaihashi version as well. Thank you very much.

2025.149th. Hirakou Sake Brewery's Hidakami, which I got hooked on this year. This is their seasonal sake, Kasumishu! We were told that it is a sake that goes well with fish, so we paired it with grilled salmon. The taste is not nigori, but rather a little less sweet than the other sake, which is called "kasumi," or "sake with a hint of sweetness. It is not nigori, but rather kasumi, which means it is not too sweet, but you can still taste the rice flavor and it is easy to drink, so you will not get tired of drinking it. I like this sake as much as Nanabonjari and Garakudai among dry sake. It was a taste that I am looking forward to this season as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

2025.148th. Yamanokotobuki by Yamano Kotobuki, which I've been into lately. This one is also a high level nigori sake as usual. I bought two bottles by mistake. It tastes more like a sweet nigori sake, but it is calm and easy to drink. It was a very dangerous sake. The label is cute, and you may drink it while sitting under a kotatsu like the label says (we don't have a kotatsu, but...). It is a sweet sake, so I can recommend it to beginners. I would like to drink the second bottle after a little while. Thank you for the sake.

2025.147th. This is the first of this year's new sake classics. I'll start with the Oligarami's Biao formula. I'm looking forward to the Zero Shiki as well. The taste is the same as last year, with a perfect balance of calm umami, acidity, citrus, and freshness. This is a taste that only Kame-no-o can produce, and I still like the classic Edobari the best. It is an origami, but since it is a classic sake, this does not count as a so-called seasonal new sake nigori. As for Sentori, I have the impression that Retro has a deep sweet and sour taste, Modern has a gorgeous sweetness, and Classic has a calm and fresh taste, so I guess Classic is my guess. If they come out with another Classic, I'll buy it. Thank you for the treat.

2025.146th. We received the Yukigumo again this year! Last year it was light and I felt it was a bit lacking, but this year it has a decent amount of umami, which combined with the creaminess makes it very tasty. As usual, this year's nigori sake is of a high level. This Yukigumo in particular was very creamy and very pleasant to drink. I will buy this again next year lol. Thank you very much for the sake!

2025.145th. After a while of nigori sake, I tried a regular sake. However, this was my first time to try Yamashiya. It tasted somewhat like Japanese pear, which was the first time I drank it. I thought it would be light and dry since it was made in Niigata, but it had the freshness of new sake with a hint of sweetness. I was impressed by the variety of Niigata's sake. It was delicious. 2025.144th. I was able to receive it again this year! We have had this every year since its debut! It is a sweet sake with a touch of bitterness, which is typical of Kangiku. It has a perfect balance of moderate sweetness derived from Gohyakumangoku, a slight fizziness, and creaminess. I would be happy to have it again next year! Thank you for the treat!

2025.143rd. Urasato light nigori was available again this year. Last year, I could only enjoy Urasato's light nigori sake, but I would like to enjoy other sake this season. The taste is a sweet sake with a slight nigori taste. However, the sweetness is not that strong, and the taste is light. The level of nigori sake is high this season, and this sake is no exception. Banshu Issen was more impressive, but this sake is also easy to drink and delicious. I would like to have it again. Thank you very much.

2025.142nd. I was a little curious about Tenmei before, so I decided to try it this season. As for the taste, it is beautifully sweet with a hint of sourness. Zero is a nigori sake, which is silky but also very well-balanced and tasty without being boring. It may be relatively my favorite. The direction of this sake is similar to that of Omine. It has a strong umami flavor, as it is a medium-bodied sake. I hope we will be able to enjoy it more and more this season. It is inevitable to repeat this season. Thank you very much.

2025.141st. Daimine's Winter Otoshiri has become a staple sake for this season. We have it every year and wonder why it is so delicious. This year's nigori sake has a high level of nigori, but even among them, you can feel the silky and bubbly taste in the elegant sweetness that is typical of Omine, and you can sense that the sake is alive. The sweetness has a banana-like sweetness, and Omine's sweetness is becoming more refined and delicious every year. I am looking forward to more from this sake brewery. Thank you for the sake.

2025.140th. My favorite Koei Kiku snoclet! I have the impression that this year's new sake nigori is generally of a high level, and Snokure was very tasty as well. On the first day of drinking, the flavor and sweetness were relatively restrained, and the sharpness of the new sake was emphasized. On the second day, the pear-like sweetness increases, and I personally prefer the second day because it is easier to drink. So far this year's new sake has not been a disappointment, and I look forward to more in the future. Thanks for the treat!

2025.139th. Snow Heaven, a.k.a. Tenmi, which I was able to get again this year! My post was omitted. I have the impression that the quality of the sake has somehow improved from last year. It is very easy to drink, with a nice sweetness in a silky taste. The nigori sake level is high this year, lol. The flavor has settled down once the toji has changed, but I could taste the soft vanilla-like sweetness that is typical of Amami. Personally, I liked this one. It might be a good match for Banshu Issen. I am looking forward to the new sake rush in the future. Oh, I hope I win the Jigori-Nigori.... It is the only one of the three major nigori that I have never had.... I wonder how people drink it... Thank you very much for your kindness.

2025.138th. The new Senkou Modern, style 4. I like the "4" because it looks like a demon's death lol. The specs are that it is a noble sake, which makes sense that it is from this season lol. They used last year's SENKYO MODERN for the ingredients lol. As for the taste, I have an image of kijoshu being very thick and sweet, but when I opened it, it wasn't that thick. Of course, it is darker than regular Ichi Shiki, but it is the type of darkness that does not make you tired of drinking it. It is not sweet, but more like aged lemon. It has a strong citrus flavor, like a lemon that has been aged rather than sweet. Organic Naturals also has a Kijoshu, but it has a stronger flavor than that. Personally, I like the taste, but it made me want to drink Sanshiki. It would have been great if we could have compared the drinks. I will buy it again the next time it is released. 2025.137th. The first orikagara of the new brewing year is Banshu Ikkyo! It is a brand that has recently become more fruity while still being dry, but it has become more to my liking than last year. It is not sweet, but you can taste the umami of the rice and it is silky. Last year, I felt this sake was a little lacking, but I really like this year's result. I think this season's Banshu Issen may be my favorite. There are not many dry sake brands that are not sweet and have the taste I like, so I am very happy with this sake. I will look forward to more new sake in the future. Thank you for the sake.

2025.36th. The third new sake of this brewing year is my favorite Sengoku Modern! I haven't had it for more than 3 weeks, so I feel like it's been a while since I had it. The taste is citrusy and fruity, which is typical of Senkyu. Modern is Yamada-Nishiki, and the taste is somewhere between a moderate classic and a strong retro. The second year Edobari also has a deep, raw yeast flavor and has a sense of being perfected as a standard sake. Since it is a new sake, it also has a fresh mouthfeel and is very easy to drink, making it the first sake that beginners to Sengoku should try. I have high expectations for Sengoku this season! Thanks for the treat. (By the way, the recently released Snowman was so popular that it seems to have been sold out instantly. lol Of course I have secured a bottle. lol)

2025.135th. Amami after a long time. The second bottle of new sake. This was the first time for me to drink Kuroten, but it tastes more refreshing than Shirouten. It has the fruity flavor that is typical of Tenbi, but at the same time, it has a slight sparkle that can only be found in new sake, making it an easy-drinking sake suitable for everyday drinking. High-end sake is fine, but in the end, I like this kind of standard sake for everyday drinking. I have already ordered Yukiten, and am looking forward to another year of nigori sake. By the way, I think I'll stop ranking nigori sakes this year. Tenbi is also relatively easy to find, so it has become a sake that I would like to use for everyday drinking as much as Sengoku. I am looking forward to drinking it again. Thank you for the sake.
