2025.84th. Akabu-san, which I have not had in a long time. We had the summer sake SEA. It is very delicious with an apple-like fruity taste that is typical of Akabu-san. It is a refreshing summer sake that is very easy to drink. We had it in 3 days and the taste remained the same and delicious. I thought the sake quality was also very good. I would like to have it again, Akabu-san. Thank you for the sake.

2025.83rd. This is the first time I received this summer dobrokku. It is labeled as "dobrokku" but it seems to be strained and the product is sake. I bought it because Kai of Sakelabo recommended it. Yes, it is a normal tasty sake. It is a sweet strain, with a shwashiness and a cool, refreshing taste. It tastes like nigori sake, which is usually served during the new sake season, but this time in the summer. It is the kind of sake you want to drink during the hot summer season! It is a sake that you would want to drink during the hot summer season, and you may want to bring it to an outdoor BBQ or camping trip. If you drink it indoors in an air-conditioned room, it is just ordinary nigori sake. It is great to be able to drink this kind of sake at this time of the year, and I would like to try it in a different way next year. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.82nd. DioAbita by Mimuro Sugi, which is becoming a hard-to-find brand. Very tasty lol. It has just the right amount of sweetness and gorgeousness typical of Yamadanishiki, and is very beautiful on the palate. The umami goes in and disappears quickly, making it very comfortable to drink. It is truly a "DioAbita," or "God is in it! If I find it again, I will buy it! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

2025.81st. Harujion, a seasonal sake for early summer by Koei Kiku, which I have not had in a while. I had it last year, and it is as delicious as ever this year! Koueikiku's sake has gradually developed a different taste depending on the brand, and this sake is characterized by its fruity, lychee-like taste. In the past, I felt that Koeikiku was characterized by its acidity or its sizzle, but it is good that it is not just that. The acidity is there, but it is not that strong. Rather, the umami comes to the forefront and, due in part to the low alcohol content, you can guzzle it like a juice. I like the freshness of it because it is summery. Is Sunburst coming next? 2025.80th. The first sansho I've had in a while is a Yamadanishiki Rokunoso. It is still delicious. I like Yamadanishiki the best among all the Sanso wines, but the Rokunoso has a very elegant taste with a more subdued, umami flavor and a unique minerality. I have the impression that San-do-san is getting better and better, and it is very drinkable. It is not often that I get a chance to drink it, but I am looking forward to the next opportunity! 2025.79th. My favorite Sentori classic! I feel like I usually buy it whenever it is released lol. It has just the right amount of citrus sweetness, clean mouthfeel and acidity. I can drink it forever! I feel like I'm running out of things to say about it, so that's all for this time lol. I will buy it again when it is released next! Oh, I am looking forward to your collaboration with Kobayashi Shuzo of Houou Mita at Aikoku!

2025.78th. Mimuro Cedar, which I have not had for a long time. It has become a difficult brand to obtain and is really hard to find. Since it was hard to buy it, I was allowed to go to the Mimuro Sugi fair at Asano Sake Shop, which I often visit. Mimuro-sugi is brewed very carefully, and although it is not a trendy fruity sake, its moderate sweetness and beautiful mouthfeel will captivate anyone who drinks it. I think Imanishi-san's stoic personality is evident in this sake. This sake has a clean, carefully crafted sweetness with a summery, refreshing, and crisp taste. I was lucky enough to buy a bottle of Dioavita as well, so I am looking forward to opening the bottle. Thanks for the treat.

2025.77th. Gagakuyo by Tenryohai, which I've been into lately. A new product, Minamikaze. It seems to be read as "Minami". It is a summer sake, very refreshing and has a good umami flavor. Garakudai is more like a new, umami dry sake, but this sake is more citrusy and umami than dry, making it a perfect summer sake. It is a sake that can be enjoyed in large gulps and is perfect for summer! I want to drink this sake again lol! Thank you for the sake!

2025.76th. This is the first time I received the Yamano Kotobuki. I've always been curious about the Yamanokotobuki Good Time series. Summer Session is so easy to drink and delicious! It has a refreshing summery taste, with a banana-like fruity, light, and shuwa-ish feeling. A dangerous drink that is easy to drink and gobble up lol. I have the impression that this is the latest trend in sake. Sake is also in an era of diversity! Whether trendy, traditional, or unusual, all sake is sake. I think you should drink the flavor you prefer according to your mood and other factors. Thank you for the sake!

2025.75th. This is Tenbi's new product, Hotaruten. Until now, Yukiten, Momoten, Hakuten, and Kuroten have all been unofficial nicknames, but for the first time an official has taken this on and named it Hotaruten, lol. As for the taste, it is relatively subdued among Tenbi. It seems to be a summer sake, but it can be drunk all year round. It is not flashy, and the taste is different from the image of Amami's past products. Personally, I think I prefer Momoten, but there are many different tastes, so I think it is good to have a varied lineup. Thank you very much for the meal.

2025.74th. The season has finally arrived! Sentori Kabutomushi! This year's version is an Edo-bari version, which gives the impression of a little more depth of flavor. The lemon squash feeling has diminished a bit, but on the contrary, it tastes like an adult lemonade. It is easy to drink, with more of the usual citrusy goodness. I'm sure I'll be getting many bottles this season, but I'm buying again this year! Thanks for the treat!

Hououmida has the image of being a sweet, high-quality sake, and I really like this one, with its relatively low sweetness, acidity, and freshness. There are many sake from Tochigi Prefecture that I like, such as Senkou and Ona, so I hope to have more in the future. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.72nd. This is the first time I received Chiyomitsu. It is Imadeya's hanpukai sake. As the name suggests, I thought the previous rating was very sweet, but it really is sweet lol. The sake degree of -70 is not a joke. It is so sweet that you would think it was a noble sake. It is very easy to drink and has a good balance of taste. I have another bottle of sake from the hanpukai, but I want to buy it myself. This is the kind of encounter that makes the hanpukai so interesting. Thank you very much for the treat.

2025.71st. Senkou, which I hadn't had for about a month. I found a Modern Biao style Origami and bought it on impulse lol. It is still my favorite flavor! After the classic, I like the modern-style Origami second best among the regular products. This Yamadanishiki sake is a marriage of Senkou's limey fruity flavor and gorgeous umami, and I think it is the series that strikes the best balance between drinkability, deliciousness, and price range. It is great to be able to drink this level of sake easily, and I think Japan is a great country. I would like to try the higher priced Sengoku someday. And I will buy the modern series when I find it again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

2025.70th. This is the second bottle of Jikin from Imadeya's hanpukai. I opened the bottle to see how it would be after about half a year of aging! The beautiful flavor and sweetness of Jikin is still there, but the impression is that it has become slightly sweeter. It has always been a sweet sake, but I might believe it even if it were called a kijoshu. It is that beautifully sweet. It also has a banana-like fruity flavor, making it a very easy-drinking sake. Since Jikin was a raw sake, the second bottle was limited to half a year, but I have had the opportunity to taste various other rare sakes, so I look forward to more in the future. 2025.69th. We had it again this year, Summer no Otosore! It's as delicious as ever and feels like a true summer drink! It has more citrus than the regular Ohmine, like an adult lemon squash. It tastes similar to Senkou's Kabutomushi, but this one may be sweeter. I am looking forward to this year's Kabutomushi as well lol. Summer sake that is gradually coming out, lemony, skunky, or on the rocks. It is a season to look forward to. Thanks for the treat.

2025.68th. Gagakuyo's first UA collaboration sake! We have finished our collaboration with Senkori, and now we would like to focus on Gagakuyo's collaboration sake. As for the design, they aimed for a low-alcohol sake like Hiyori and a voluptuous taste like Tama Hibiki. It really is as it should be. It is low-alcohol and very easy to drink, yet it has a strong flavor and is very drinkable. It tastes like a fresh, sweet, and restrained rum. I personally like it and will be looking out for future collaboration drinks. Thanks for the treat.

2025.67th. The first Koei Kiku we have had in a while is the new Noon Crescent. It is the first summer sake of the season. I did not expect to drink nigori sake in summer, and I was surprised that it was a draft sake. It tastes like a refreshing Snoqualmie, and although it is a nigori sake, it is very summery. It is a nigori sake, but it tastes like summer. It is the kind of sake I like to drink when it is hot. Hasegawa Sake Brewery described it as being like rumune, and that is exactly what it is. It has a fruity taste like pear, which I like. I will be having a variety of summer sake from now on, and I would like to buy this sake again. Thank you very much for the sake.

2025.66th. This is the second bottle of Takashi no Tsukasa from the Imadeya hanpukai. No, it was more to my liking than the first bottle! Rather than being fruity, the rice flavor has mellowed, and it has transformed very much into a very easy-drinking sake, as if the corners have fallen off. It is more of a classic sake, but totally easy to drink. Knowing this flavor made me want to drink it again. I think I understand why it is so popular. If I find it again, I will buy it! 2025.65th. This is the second bottle of Yoshida Kura u in the Imadeya hanpukai. Opened about 6 months later. The taste seems a little darker than the last time. It is more like a noble sake and easy to drink. I personally love the unique sweetness, umami, and melon-like fruity flavor that is typical of Yoshidagurau, and it has become my second regular sake after Senkou. I am looking forward to the next Yoshida Kurau again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
