This is my first purchase of Yama-no-i, which I have been curious about for a while. I thought it was only available at antenna stores in Fukushima Prefecture, but I found it at Sukumasa. It has the Hasegawa Sake Shop logo on it, so I wonder if it is originally limited to Hasegawa Sake Shops. It is made from Asahi rice. It is refreshing, slightly sweet, and has a muscat or melon-like atmosphere. Depending on the order in which you drink it, it may be spicier than expected. Fluffy sake. It was a little sweet and dry. It's a nama-zake, but it doesn't feel like a nama-zake.

I was finally able to purchase it after the establishment of a special agent in the Kansai region ❗ I was finally able to buy it 😭 I thought I had an image of honda when I thought of SANDO, but she's gone 😆. The rice polishing ratio is undisclosed, but I heard it's 55%. The gas is so strong that I thought it was sparkling. I think it's the most gassy one I've ever tasted except for sparkling and active nigori. I checked later and it's sparkling because it's secondary fermentation in the bottle. It tastes citrusy. Very sweet and delicious. The low alcohol content makes it light and refreshing, like Kaze no Mori or Shinmasa, but I personally prefer Sanchi, where the sweetness is the main taste. When the gas escapes, it gives a flat impression.

I finally went to buy some Sansho, which now has a special distributor in Kansai, and there were so many sake that I wanted to buy 😅. I was interested in Eikoufuji and Kankoubai pure Asahi, but they had this one that I had been interested in for a long time, so I bought it. It only says "Nama-shu" on the label, but it's supposed to be a pure sake, right? I was expecting it to be quite dry, but it was not that dry, but rather citrusy sweet and sour. It is dry, refreshing, and has a nice sharpness. I was hesitant to buy it, but I'm glad I did. It has the same Sake meter (Sake meter +5) as Yuho, but this one is definitely easier to drink. Youho is a sake brewed from a yeast yeast-free yeast, so it's not a good comparison...

After drinking Koei Kiku and Yamamoto outside, I tried to go to the second restaurant, but it was full and I couldn't get in, so I had a drink after I got home. It is a special honjozo (once-fired sake), though it is not written on the bottle. It is not fruity sweet like Kouji, but it is juicy with a thick sweetness like a candy. There is no gassiness, and it is a different type of Kouji from usual Kouji, but the sweetness is very sweet. The final sharpness is typical of Aruzoe, so there may be some differences in taste.

I bought this one after wondering about the Eiko-Fuji's fox label. There was no chrysanthemum. I read that the purchase of Jikin, Shinmasa, and Hiyoroki is available only to the staff, but I wonder if there are any other conditions besides the point card. I didn't ask this time because I didn't want to buy them. I used Tsuyahime 100. It has a nice firmness and peachy sweetness. The latter half of the rice flavor and a small amount of pungent taste come in and converge. The sweetness and acidity are impressive. I think it is not the sweetest of the Eiko-Fuji wines. On a different topic... Today, I went to a supermarket called Yamasho in JR Ashiya Station, and found that it was originally a liquor store in the Kyotango area, so they had a wide variety of Tango sake such as Tamagawa and Yaetsuru. They also had Takizawa and Miharu Gomangoku, which are sake brands not often seen in the Kansai region, so I think I will visit again.

(Thank you for your help every time. I'd like to go to Ashiya station because I can force myself to ride a bike there. I would be happy if you have some Yaetsuru regular sake or something like that. Personally, I'm interested in supermarkets because they are sometimes better than sake specialty stores.
Japanese>English
bouken
Shinjou-san, thank you every time! Is it a bicycle 😯. I don't know if it was regular sake, but there were indeed Yaetsuru and Kyo no Haru on the line, labels you don't see at local sake shops. All the sake is kept in the fridge and seems to be well managed.
Japanese>English

There seem to be many supermarkets that focus on sake in the Ashiya area, so it might be a good idea. Even if you don't go to Ashiya, there are stores in Noda and Fukushima, and Bic Beans also carries Takezumi and Joyo.

I visited a store in Osaka that carried Jikin and asked the clerk about it, but was told that it could only be purchased on a point-of-sale basis and that it was not available immediately. I gave up and bought a bottle of Masamune, which I had wanted to try for a long time. I chose the standard medium-bottle. The aroma was fruity, like grapes. It has a very fresh taste with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. Tanaka Roku Go and Toichi came to mind as sake with a similar taste, but I may have never tasted such a well-balanced taste before. What I particularly liked about it was the price. I have often seen this in other reviews, but the cosmetics were really good.

I know the name of this sake, but I've never had the chance to try it. The label only says unfiltered raw sake, but it seems to be undiluted sake. It gives a fresh and sweet impression on the entry. It has a beautiful mouthfeel. It's modest and has little assertiveness, but it's easy to drink and will appeal to everyone. The alcohol stimulation comes slowly in the second half. When you roll up the label, you can see a picture of sushi. It's a bit peachy. Maybe it's just my imagination, though. I was expecting Hidakami to be a dry sake, so I was happy to find it had a strong sweetness.

Because there was a condition to buy a certain sake, I bought here together. There were other products that were subject to the condition, but I chose this one that I was interested in. I think it is still conscientious to be able to choose the brand. Also, it was a condition to make a member's card, so I paid 100 yen to make one. It's a store that handles a lot of pre-owned sake, but I wonder if you can get some of the harder-to-buy sake with a point system🤔. It has a relatively mild but gorgeous aroma. It's very clean and smooth on the palate. It's suitable for sipping. I'd like to pair it with sushi or sashimi. It is a high-spec aluzoe sake that is the exact opposite of Instrument Masamune.

I heard this is the most highly polished sake in Eikoh-fuji. 2019 was the first time for me because I couldn't drink it at the store and couldn't buy it. The first taste is gentle and not like a namaishu. It has a juicy berry flavor and is very tasty. I wish I could buy it closer to home.
