On the second day, the schwarziness subsides and the true taste of San-do becomes more apparent 😀.
The wife seems to like the sweetness of the Yamadanishiki rice more and more, while I find the citrusy sweetness of the Homasu 4 Nozomaki more delicious 😀.
Simply put, both are still delicious 😀.
This year has been a really good year for me, as I started drinking sake and got to know Sake-no-wa and many wonderful sake and many Sake-no-wa friends 😀.

I'm entering Yamadanishiki San-no-no-nozo and Homasu Shi-no-no-nozo.
I know it's a bit far away from here, but bouken-san told me about a store that carries San-do, and I started to go there often to check it out, so this is a miraculous collaboration for me 😀.
I have to say, it's hard to choose one over the other 😅.
The taste is the basic sundo, but the color and aroma are different from each other 😀.
By the way, the first day's taste comparison concluded that I prefer the more fruity Hozasu and the wife likes the more rice-scented Yamadanishiki 😀.

Sukumasa is far away from the city, but it's worth the trip because they have sake that you can't find in the city 😀.

The name "Yuri Shizukuri" comes from the name of the president and chief brewer, Mr. Yuri Inoue.
The lees are submerged, and when mixed, it turns light and cloudy. It has a fresh, melon-like flavor. The acidity is quite strong, and the sweetness fades out with a slight bitterness at the end.

boukenI drank Denshogiku Oriagarami about 3 years ago, so I bought this one this time.
It has a pear-like sweetness with a nice gas accent. The ogara-mi is delicious, but too sweet, so I think this is the one I can drink without getting tired of it.
This one is too delicious too.

It has a stronger body and darker taste than Aomi. It has a gaseous taste and a rich tropical fruit-like sweet flavor. Kangiku is delicious no matter what you drink.
The rice flavor is also quite strong.
I think I prefer Aomi.
However, if you drink it after a strong sweet nigori sake, the sweetness will be reduced and you won't be able to taste it, so I think it is important to drink them in order. I think it is important to drink them in the same order.

I bought Aizan at a non-specialty store for an additional price, so it has been three years since I bought it at a speciality store.

I was wondering what to buy since the natural farming of San-do was expensive and Eiko-Fuji-Aizan was sold out, so I chose this one.
I thought it was the first time, but it seemed to be a renewal of the one I drank two years ago. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a fine gasiness. The end taste is a bitterness. It has a light taste typical of summer sake.
I think it has more bitterness than other Koshi.
Not that this one wasn't good, but the next time I don't find something I want in Sukumasa, I'll go for the Masamune instrumental 😁.

It comes in an aluminum pack. It looks very impressive and has a very heavyweight feel to it.
Just one sip is enough to make you think that this is the perfect sake 💕😊. I'm sure it has some flavor from aging, but it still tastes new, has depth, and I love it. ❤️

I was scared again by the color I had never seen before.
This one is surprisingly light. It all disappears right out of my mouth. I take a second sip. As I slowly sipped it down, I could taste the aroma and flavor that is typical of Shinsei. Definitely one to pair with a meal 💕.
