Today's new sake is Mutsu Hachisen's new ogara-mi sake.
At a glance, it's so transparent that you can't tell which part is orizumi 😅. It's so transparent that you can't tell which part is orizumi 😅.
I prepared a mixture of the top clear liquid and a mixture of the top clear liquid to test it out 😀.
I compared the two with Fuyuhiguma, Kido, and Sanndo 😀.
The one that surprised me was the Hakusen😳.
The taste is totally different before and after the light stirring 😅.
It doesn't look that different but the taste is totally different 😳
Of course it tastes much better when mixed 😀.
This sake was a sake that is perfected by mixing 😀.
By the way, the result of the drinking comparison was a memorable Bussando for me and a Rikuhachisen for the wife who loves new things 😀.

Good evening, Yasube!
Last year I tasted it before mixing it, but it tastes better when I mix it, so this year I'm doing that from the beginning 😆 It's good to know the change when you drink it without mixing!

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Especially during the season when there are a lot of fresh sake that I like to drink, I'm so busy eyeing it that even when my fridge is full, there are still some sake I want 😅.
I've also given up on Snow Kayasha because of my fridge😭.

Hi Pon 😀
I'm the same as you, I usually mix it from the beginning because I think it tastes better mixed, but I couldn't see any ooze in this sake, so I gave it a try 😅.
But I couldn't see any oriki in this sake, so I tried it 😅 I knew it was better to mix it!
