Vertical drinking comparison of San-do Hozumasu 4 Nozomi 🍶.
Next up was the San-Do 2023 Homasu 4 Nozomi.
This is the second bottle of San-do this season and the first bottle of Hozasu.
When the bottle is opened, there is only a gas sound and the gas is weaker than that of 2022 and San-do Yamadanishiki.
The appearance is warm crystal with a small amount of larger bubbles in the glass🫧.
First, there is a woody aroma like spices.
From there, pear, Japanese pear, and pineapple aromas with silky apricot and citrus nuances like sudachi with a hint of chili acidity.
It starts with a gentle stimulation of gasiness, followed by a refreshing yet complex sweetness that flows down the palate, overlapped by a thick umami, and then a moderate acidity including a refreshing acidity that flows down the back of the throat and finishes with a sharp finish.
The flowing sweetness, umami, and acidity finish with a hint of bitterness and complexity.
The after-flavor also has a woody nuance of spice.
Compared to 2022, it has more transparency and a clean, dry expression, but I still like it very much 🥰.
Delicious 😊.
By the way, I got a "this is delicious ☺️" from my wife who doesn't drink alcohol on a regular basis 😳.
My wife usually shows interest in my drinks and never 🙅♀️ even if she puts her mouth on it, but this time she took a couple of sips and nodded her head 😊.

Good morning, Aladdin 😀
I'm jealous of your vertical drinking comparison of the four farm brews 😀.
I'd like to do it someday too, but it's going to be difficult both in terms of fridge and desire to drink to store the produced brews for a year 🤣.

Hi Aladdin 🐦.
After the Jikin, the next in the lineup is the Sansho Masu drinking comparison ‼️ From my point of view, Bon and New Year's have arrived 🙏✨.
I can usually decide which one I prefer from your reviews, but these two bottles are... both 😁💕!

Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
I rarely get to compare sanshu drinking too 😌 this time it was a celebration for Instagram 😅.
I can see a near future where Yasbaye-san & Kaorin-san are at an electronics store choosing a sake cellar 😁.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.
After seeing Pon-chan, Maru's Shinmasa, Rafa's Jikkoman, and everyone else's posts, I decided to make it a Sansho anniversary as well 😊.
Of course I'm both 🏅 for the San-do match-up: ☺️

Good evening, Aladdin😄.
I drank some San-Do when I was in Kumamoto last month.
I was a little drunk and forgot to read the label 😟.
Ni no brew or San no brew.
I don't even know what I drank🫠🫠.

Good evening, superbebe😃.
Kumamoto is the hometown of Hananoka Sake Brewery and I envy you because your sansho is a familiar sake: ☺️
I am sure that the sake you drank was probably delicious whether it was Yamadanishiki, Hozu, or any of the other noujozo 😁.
