bouken
I've had drinks out in the past, but this is my first time drinking at home.
The rice is Setsuwakamaru.
The first aroma is like a pear. It tastes like a pear when you drink it.
It is fruity and sweet, but the sweetness is reserved.
Sharp and crisp sake.

Good evening, bouken!
Setsuwakamaru is the edible rice that Kei Tanaka is doing a commercial for, I believe ❓😀 😀
It is amazing that you can make delicious sake even if it is not sake rice 😀.

bouken Good morning 🐰
I bought this sake too. And since there were no 720ml bottles available, I bought a bottle of WW. By the time I finished it within 2 weeks of opening the bottle, it was sweet-sweet with no sharpness or piquancy, but it was delicious 🎶.

Good morning Yasube-san!
I thought Kei Tanaka was doing a commercial for rice, but it was Setsuwakamaru 😁There are many breweries that make good sake with rice like Shirakikyu 😋.

Rabbit, hello 🐰.
I didn't realize it was a bottle 😳
I guess it seemed to get sweeter after some time 🤔I was drinking it thinking it was sharp and not too sweet 😅.
