Fridge wide open...just a little break😅
Today, the wife suddenly said let's have yakiniku at home😅.
So we went to her parents' house with some meat and sake 😀.
I say parents' house, but we just went up to the room right above theirs in the same apartment 😀.
My father-in-law is a beer drinker by nature, but since we were going to be there, I thought of a few things to drink with him 😀.
I wanted to find a sake that would be a little low in alcohol and would help to wash away the oil from the meat... so I decided to stop the special sake series for a while and chose Sansudo 😀.
Of course, it used to be a rare sake that was hard to find for me, but bouken told me about it and now I have 4-5 bottles of it in my fridge at home as a staple 😀.
As I expected, it washed away the oil from the grilled meat, while keeping the taste of the sake, and my father-in-law also enjoyed it.

Yesterday's Sango 🍶 yakiniku dinner was delicious 😊My father is looking forward to his first glass of sake these days. My father is getting old so don't overdo it, but I hope we can enjoy it together little by little.

I found a store that consistently stocks it, but it's a bit inconvenient for me to go there to buy it, so I end up buying it in bulk 😀.
For me, it's a convenient drink to pair with meals...
