Finally, I finished my work yesterday and today it feels like the end of the year 😀.
Today and tomorrow, I have chosen my favorite sansho for a special year-end drinking comparison 😀.
I'm entering Yamadanishiki San-no-no-nozo and Homasu Shi-no-no-nozo.
I know it's a bit far away from here, but bouken-san told me about a store that carries San-do, and I started to go there often to check it out, so this is a miraculous collaboration for me 😀.
I have to say, it's hard to choose one over the other 😅.
The taste is the basic sundo, but the color and aroma are different from each other 😀.
By the way, the first day's taste comparison concluded that I prefer the more fruity Hozasu and the wife likes the more rice-scented Yamadanishiki 😀.
I'm looking forward to the second day's taste comparison tomorrow 😀.

Sukumasa is far away from the city, but it's worth the trip because they have sake that you can't find in the city 😀.
