I was caught off guard and poof! The lid flew off!
I knew it was effervescent when I got it at the store, but I had no idea it was this effervescent.
It was slightly effervescent on the palate, though.
As expected from Sansho, it is delicious. It is simply delicious.
Tomorrow is our important wedding anniversary, so I'm going to open a nice bottle of sake and toast with my wife.
