Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ② I checked and it looks like this sake is exclusive to the Japan Famous Sake Association. I don't think Mitsutake has participated before, so maybe the lineup is from this year? I haven't had a spell recently, so it's been a while... Mitsutake Jungin Aaah no mama🎵 Ichidan Jikomi Aiyama🎵 It's a single-stage brewing using Aizan, with a sake degree of -30 and an acidity of 3.0, which is a sharp spec, but not too sweet. It is fire-aged, but the microbubbles give it a freshness. The acidity is impressive. The bitterness is strong at the end. The sake shop's social networking site says it has a Sake Degree of -30, but the Meimon Sake Kai website says it has a Sake Degree of -7. I think -7 is reasonable. I think -7 is reasonable. I don't think -30 is appropriate for this flavor. I think raising the temperature would increase the sweetness and amplify the lingering flavor.

Aiyama ❤️ Hello ♪ Just reading your impression, is it not Aiyama-esque? I would think so. The sake level is -30 or something💦. I'm curious to know what a one-stage brewed sake tastes like.

Good morning bouken 😃 Ah no ma ❤️ Koubu was drunk at HAMA BAR in Saga but I don't know if it was that sweet 🙄.

Good evening, Ane 😃 I think you're right...it's not Aizan. I think -7 is correct because it's not very sweet 😅I have the impression that sake made in one stage is sour 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Kojo 😃. I think -30 is wrong because it's not that sweet and -7 is probably correct 😅By the way, I have -22 liquor waiting in the fridge 😁.

Good evening Rafa 😃 I think this is special because I think this is a perverted sake in terms of specs even for Mitsutake 😅 Oh, I wish Nemuchi would drink this since it's a perverted sake 🤣.

This is a strange sake! The taste itself is not an Aichi sake with a lot of character, but rather a very straightforward, slightly sweet, slightly umami taste, but with a special finish that only lingers on the sides of the tongue. I researched the taste and found that the sides of the tongue are acid and salt, the tip is sweet, and the back is bitter. If only both sides of the tongue remain, it means there is only acid and salt, but I can also taste sweetness.... So, it means that either the sides of my tongue have the ability to taste sweetness as well, or the tip of my tongue is too fuzzy.

Hi Bamboo 😃. I've never felt that the back mouth stays on both sides of the tongue👅😅I think you're not bonkers but sharp all around 🤔. I'm all bonkers 🤣.

This is also the first time I have seen this sake. I've rarely had a drink from Chiba or Ibaraki, but the Kanto region generally has a well-balanced image, neither good nor bad, with no individuality, and this Watarifune is just like that. Like a high school student who is quiet but actually longs to be a yankee. I don't dislike it.

I have never seen or heard of this sake. I have an image of Tōhoku sake as being very floral, but this Ryūboin is not floral at the moment it enters the mouth, but rather sweet. But this Ryuban is sweet, not glamorous, and when you put it in your mouth, you start to smell the subtle Tohoku aroma. I don't know what it is that I want to drink, and if you ask me whether I like it or not, I don't like it.

It's a complete jacket purchase🐾. Rice is Gin-san. Fresh and a little gassy. Fine bubbles like microbubbles when poured into a glass. The acidity is strong and firm. The aroma in the nose is quite fruity, although it doesn't seem so while drinking. As the description says, it goes well with meat. Despite the cute label, I think it is quite spicy. After a few days, I think the spiciness becomes less spicy and more sour.

I'm not the leader of Neptune. I'm definitely aiming for that. I like retro-style labels, like downtown billboards. It's a sake made from only arabashiri and the middle part of the bottle. It is fresh and juicy for a fire-brewed sake. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and well balanced. Easy to drink. It is delicious enough, but I prefer fire-brewed sakes with a gaseous taste like Gakki and Saku, because they are easier to drink.

Tamagawa for a long time. They can't give out the name because they use sake rice that is in the process of being bred. The sake rice will be announced next year. Mellow mouthfeel. It has a heavy and solid weight, and is very drinkable. It has a rich, tropical fruit-like sweetness. It's a Tamagawa, so it can be heated up, left at room temperature, or aged for a long time.

Gorgeous ginjo aroma. The rice is said to be Hanafukuyuki. Slightly effervescent. It is refreshing and fruity. It is a bit like a soda-like drink. It was a packet purchase, but the sake is also very tasty. I got the impression that it was fruity, light and dry with a hint of sweetness. It's like Kubota's unpasteurized sake. It was a packet purchase, but it's quite tasty. I think this is also a spot shipment, so you can't usually buy Jyozora.

Before the Kansai Off-line Meeting started, I stopped by a liquor store to buy some sake. Before stopping by Yamacho, we also looked at Yamanaka Sake store, which was probably where Chichi and Pon-chan were having their 0th meeting at the time 🤔. Near miss before first meeting 😁. The original Nagurayama was fruity and sweet, but the label was old-fashioned, so people didn't pick it up... so they came up with this sake. I heard it's called "Niu" in Japanese. As the sake shop owner commented, this sake is even more gorgeous than the previous Nagurayama, with a refreshing and pleasantly gorgeous taste. It has a refreshing, yet sweet and delicious taste that hits all the right spots. It tastes similar to Koshi. It's not directly related to the taste, but the sake lid is quite hard and I had a hard time opening it. It would be nice if it were easier to open.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😃. I think Takatsu might have both Koshi and Nagurayama if the timing is right now. I usually only see them in the sales section, so I didn't realize they were in the food and beverage section 😅It really is a near miss 😁.

This is the first time for Shigemasu. The rice is Yume Issen. It has a hole in the stopper, but the effervescence is moderate. The nigoromi is also light. It has an elegant, gentle sweetness that makes it easy to drink. But it has a high alcohol content, so it can be dangerous if you get carried away. You don't feel like you're drinking nigori.

It has a strong apple aroma, and the lingering aroma is of old-fashioned sake. The aroma of the sake itself and the alcohol is harsh, so it is understandable that it is recommended to be served on the rocks or with soda. It has a robust flavor that is not overpowered by fish but rather by meat dishes. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

When I went to buy Kubota Nigori, it was sold out, so I bought this instead. I was able to buy Kubota at a later date. I've had Sasaiichi before, but this is my first time drinking Duan. Freshness and a little gas. It is beautifully sweet and sharply sharp. I had always been curious about this sake but had never had it. I wish I had tried it sooner. Somehow, I think it is the type that becomes more assertive in spiciness as time goes by.

I wanted to buy Chiyomusubi Shiboritate, but it was sold out within a few days of its arrival😿 So I decided to get this instead. It's not the fragrant type often found in Koshi. As the name suggests, it's a little thick. It has a banana-like taste and a rich flavor. It's delicious, but I don't think it's unique because it doesn't have a Koshi-like flavor, which is common in undiluted sake.
