Timeline
boukenBought it together when I bought the tiled roof
Eikun after a very long time 😸.
The label was hand-printed one by one by people at a facility for the disabled in Otsu City, based on an original drawing by Masato Taniuchi, a woodblock print artist who lives in Ishikawa Prefecture.
It has a slightly sweet and zesty flavor.
It has a gentle taste and you can drink it all the time.
It tastes better when the temperature is a little higher than when it is fresh out of the refrigerator.
I think there is a slight off-flavor... ポンちゃんHi bouken 🐦.
That's a cute label 😻Hand printing is awesome😳That's what makes it so tasteful✨. boukenGood evening, Pon-chan 🐱.
I could feel the unique flavor that printing cannot produce 🥰. boukenReleased on 11/15, the newest sake brewery in Japan
It seems to be a newly relocated brewery that succeeded the closed Sanchei Sake Brewery.
The name of the brewery is Iraka Sake Brewery, which means "Iraka Sake Brewery" in Japanese.
The brewery's toji is a former head brewer at Daishinshu for many years, so it seems to be getting a lot of attention!
The president is a former banker and was born in 1988, so he is young in the industry.
The distributors of Daishinshu are dealing with them one after another 🤔.
It's juicy with a beautiful mouthfeel, but a little dry and bitter. It also has a mineral taste. It's interesting that it has a modern sake quality, but it also has a very Japanese sake feel to it.
When the temperature goes up, it has a sweet and delicious atmosphere.
The third day after opening, it was juicy, sweet, and delicious even when cold.
A little pineapple🍍 came out.
It's unusual to see the names of the staff as well as the master brewer on the back label.
It seems to be a luxury item, and if this is the lowest price I'll probably never buy it again 🤔.
I think it's Iraka Sake Brewery, but it's actually Iraka Sake Brewery, and the name is Iraka Sake Brewery. アラジンGood evening, bouken😄
I had registered "Iraka Sake Brewery" on my phone, but I corrected it to "Iraka Sake Brewery" 😁.
For some reason it reminds me of "the smallest sake brewery in Japan" 😆.
Thank you very much for your review, bouken 😊. ハマのオーラPresiding. Oh! Is this the newest brewery in Shinshu? Thank you for the introduction! ルテルテミGood morning, bouken, starting with the ☀Iraka no nani no nami to kumo no nami 🎶.
The song of Koinobori🎏 has been playing in my head. It was refreshing to know the meaning of the kanji. Change the taste of sake, good one 😄. boukenHi Aladdin.
I've seen some misprints at the liquor stores that carry it 😅.
Yamacho seems to have sold out early, so everyone is paying attention 🤔. boukenHello, Aura of Hama!
Zukudase! We always use sake from Shinshu 🙇.
If you see it, please try it🤗 boukenHi Rutemi ☀☀☀
I only knew about the "Yane yori takai 🎵" one, so this is the first time I've heard of this one 😳.
I learned a lot 🤓. bonchiTransparent with a slight haze. Fruity nose with hints of apple, pineapple and grapes. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour and juicy. The mouthfeel is slightly rich. The astringent and umami flavors linger on the palate with a slightly long aftertaste. Aromatic and mellow sake. boukenAiya Festival 2024 Spring ②
I checked and it looks like this sake is exclusive to the Japan Famous Sake Association.
I don't think Mitsutake has participated before, so maybe the lineup is from this year?
I haven't had a spell recently, so it's been a while...
Mitsutake
Jungin
Aaah no mama🎵
Ichidan
Jikomi
Aiyama🎵
It's a single-stage brewing using Aizan, with a sake degree of -30 and an acidity of 3.0, which is a sharp spec, but not too sweet. It is fire-aged, but the microbubbles give it a freshness. The acidity is impressive. The bitterness is strong at the end.
The sake shop's social networking site says it has a Sake Degree of -30, but the Meimon Sake Kai website says it has a Sake Degree of -7. I think -7 is reasonable. I think -7 is reasonable. I don't think -30 is appropriate for this flavor.
I think raising the temperature would increase the sweetness and amplify the lingering flavor. あねさんAiyama ❤️
Hello ♪
Just reading your impression, is it not Aiyama-esque? I would think so. The sake level is -30 or something💦.
I'm curious to know what a one-stage brewed sake tastes like. こぞうbouken.
Good evening 🤯🤯🤯 with a sake level of -30🤯🤯.
I can't imagine... 😁. Rafa papaGood morning bouken 😃
Ah no ma ❤️ Koubu was drunk at HAMA BAR in Saga but I don't know if it was that sweet 🙄. boukenGood evening, Ane 😃
I think you're right...it's not Aizan. I think -7 is correct because it's not very sweet 😅I have the impression that sake made in one stage is sour 😁. boukenGood evening, Mr. Kojo 😃.
I think -30 is wrong because it's not that sweet and -7 is probably correct 😅By the way, I have -22 liquor waiting in the fridge 😁. boukenGood evening Rafa 😃
I think this is special because I think this is a perverted sake in terms of specs even for Mitsutake 😅
Oh, I wish Nemuchi would drink this since it's a perverted sake 🤣. ちばさんFrom the looks of it, I assumed it was a sweet fruity one.
I didn't find it that sweet, but the aroma was very nice and easy to drink. たけさんThis is a strange sake!
The taste itself is not an Aichi sake with a lot of character, but rather a very straightforward, slightly sweet, slightly umami taste, but with a special finish that only lingers on the sides of the tongue.
I researched the taste and found that the sides of the tongue are acid and salt, the tip is sweet, and the back is bitter.
If only both sides of the tongue remain, it means there is only acid and salt, but I can also taste sweetness....
So, it means that either the sides of my tongue have the ability to taste sweetness as well, or the tip of my tongue is too fuzzy. ジェイ&ノビィHi Bamboo 😃.
I've never felt that the back mouth stays on both sides of the tongue👅😅I think you're not bonkers but sharp all around 🤔.
I'm all bonkers 🤣. たけさんThis is also the first time I have seen this sake.
I've rarely had a drink from Chiba or Ibaraki, but the Kanto region generally has a well-balanced image, neither good nor bad, with no individuality, and this Watarifune is just like that.
Like a high school student who is quiet but actually longs to be a yankee.
I don't dislike it. たけさんI have never seen or heard of this sake.
I have an image of Tōhoku sake as being very floral, but this Ryūboin is not floral at the moment it enters the mouth, but rather sweet.
But this Ryuban is sweet, not glamorous, and when you put it in your mouth, you start to smell the subtle Tohoku aroma.
I don't know what it is that I want to drink, and if you ask me whether I like it or not, I don't like it. boukenIt's a complete jacket purchase🐾.
Rice is Gin-san.
Fresh and a little gassy.
Fine bubbles like microbubbles when poured into a glass.
The acidity is strong and firm. The aroma in the nose is quite fruity, although it doesn't seem so while drinking. As the description says, it goes well with meat.
Despite the cute label, I think it is quite spicy.
After a few days, I think the spiciness becomes less spicy and more sour. ポンちゃんHello bouken!
Akita dog label is cute 😍The other day Takatsu-san's husband told me that this sake is so popular that he is waiting in front of his computer to buy concert tickets 😆. boukenGood evening, Ponchan.
Is this so popular 😳
The label certainly makes an impact 😁.
The label is cute but the taste was not so cute 🙄. Gokyo五(five) BLUE純米吟醸生酛生酒 ch-072
sharp and crisp
Moderately delicious aroma
refreshing summer sake のりたまIt has a gaseous feel, with a clear flavor and acidity. It is easy to drink and delicious. boukenI'm not the leader of Neptune. I'm definitely aiming for that. I like retro-style labels, like downtown billboards.
It's a sake made from only arabashiri and the middle part of the bottle.
It is fresh and juicy for a fire-brewed sake. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and well balanced. Easy to drink.
It is delicious enough, but I prefer fire-brewed sakes with a gaseous taste like Gakki and Saku, because they are easier to drink. ポンちゃんIt's just as it should be🤣. ねむちI'm definitely going for it 🤣. 遥瑛チチDefinitely aiming for it 😁. さけラン↑upEveryone is a pole of bad taste ♥ boukenRafa, I know 😁I wanted it regardless of the taste 🤣. boukenPonchan, just on the edge of not getting mad 🤣. boukenNemuchi-san, when it comes to Nagura, it's Jun 😁. boukenI was wondering what you meant by "ula la la", but it's Linda Yamamoto 😁. boukenHey, Mr. Sake-run, right 🤣. T-KajiI've never bought like this 🤣.
I learned a lot Legend 👋😏😏. boukenT-Kaji I probably wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for social networking sites and sake wah 🤣. boukenChichi, I skipped a turn 🙇.
I'm sure this is a sure thing 🤣. boukenTamagawa for a long time.
They can't give out the name because they use sake rice that is in the process of being bred. The sake rice will be announced next year.
Mellow mouthfeel. It has a heavy and solid weight, and is very drinkable. It has a rich, tropical fruit-like sweetness.
It's a Tamagawa, so it can be heated up, left at room temperature, or aged for a long time. ちょろきMr. bouken
Good morning ☔️
The frequency has an impact 😆.
I have an image of Tamagawa as room temperature to heated, except for ice breakers 🤣.
I have an image of Tamagawa as room temperature to warmed up 🤣. Rafa papaGood morning bouken 😃
That's very thoughtful of you to announce the sake rice next year 😆 I would most likely forget that I drank it 😅I would love to drink it heated 😋. boukenHello Choroki 😃
Tamagawa has a high alcohol content (22 degrees!). I guess some products can't be labeled as sake 🤣.
I have an image that Tamagawa can warm up anything 😁.
Icebreaker can be heated too 😳 boukenHi Rafa 😃
When I look back at the sake wa, there are a few things I forgot I drank 😅.
I'd like to try heating it up before I finish it 🍶. たけっちHello bouken😊
I drank it a few days ago. It was heavy and delicious 😋.
Heated! I hadn't thought of that 😖I'll try it next time 😄 boukenHello Takechi 😃
I don't find it too hard to drink for its strength, so it's a dangerous one 😇.
I'm a Tamagawa so I'd like to try it warmed up first 😁. 如空オコジョラベル Okojo no yukimisake特別純米生酒 boukenGorgeous ginjo aroma. The rice is said to be Hanafukuyuki.
Slightly effervescent. It is refreshing and fruity. It is a bit like a soda-like drink.
It was a packet purchase, but the sake is also very tasty.
I got the impression that it was fruity, light and dry with a hint of sweetness.
It's like Kubota's unpasteurized sake.
It was a packet purchase, but it's quite tasty.
I think this is also a spot shipment, so you can't usually buy Jyozora. Mantabouken Good evening ^ ^
I looked up Okojo and it's lovely in person 😊.
I'd love to try drinking the rummy-like flavor but I doubt I could afford it 🥲. boukenGood evening, Manta 😊.
I also looked them up and thought they were cute, but then I happened to see a picture of one with a mouse in its mouth and realized that even though they are cute, they are wild😅. boukenBefore the Kansai Off-line Meeting started, I stopped by a liquor store to buy some sake.
Before stopping by Yamacho, we also looked at Yamanaka Sake store, which was probably where Chichi and Pon-chan were having their 0th meeting at the time 🤔.
Near miss before first meeting 😁.
The original Nagurayama was fruity and sweet, but the label was old-fashioned, so people didn't pick it up... so they came up with this sake.
I heard it's called "Niu" in Japanese.
As the sake shop owner commented, this sake is even more gorgeous than the previous Nagurayama, with a refreshing and pleasantly gorgeous taste. It has a refreshing, yet sweet and delicious taste that hits all the right spots.
It tastes similar to Koshi.
It's not directly related to the taste, but the sake lid is quite hard and I had a hard time opening it. It would be nice if it were easier to open. ポンちゃんGood evening, bouken 🌙
I see you bought it before as well as after the offline meeting 😆👍Kouko is on my agenda for next year, but this one looks delicious too💕.
We definitely had a near miss 😅 boukenGood evening, Pon-chan 😃.
I think Takatsu might have both Koshi and Nagurayama if the timing is right now. I usually only see them in the sales section, so I didn't realize they were in the food and beverage section 😅It really is a near miss 😁. boukenThis is the first time for Shigemasu. The rice is Yume Issen.
It has a hole in the stopper, but the effervescence is moderate. The nigoromi is also light.
It has an elegant, gentle sweetness that makes it easy to drink. But it has a high alcohol content, so it can be dangerous if you get carried away.
You don't feel like you're drinking nigori. ゆーへーIt has a strong apple aroma, and the lingering aroma is of old-fashioned sake.
The aroma of the sake itself and the alcohol is harsh, so it is understandable that it is recommended to be served on the rocks or with soda.
It has a robust flavor that is not overpowered by fish but rather by meat dishes.
720 mL ¥ 1,980 肉林 潤Clean and dry.
A little peculiar? Just oxidized because it's the last glass?
⭐︎2.8 肉林 潤Sake that is both refreshingly dry and easy to drink ginjo. Delicious. Kubota is stable.
⭐︎3.5
肉林 潤Daiginjo Super Special Dry
It is mellow and not very dry.
Is this mildness due to the fact that it is a Daiginjo?
It is easy to drink.
Personally, I like it a little more crisp and dry.
