Fresh and slightly effervescent. A bit of tropical sweetness, but a bit bitter in the second half.

The acidity is strong and firm. The aroma in the nose is quite fruity, although it doesn't seem so while drinking. As the description says, it goes well with meat.
Despite the cute label, I think it is quite spicy.
