Sasakura Narimasu.
Sweet sake
It has a tangy, raw sake feel.
The umamame (sweet) taste makes you want to gobble it up!
I thought there was a shift to umami spiciness these days.
but good things are good!
I feel like I'm totally addicted to Kouko since I came to Chiba Prefecture!
I have two bottles of Kinonene waiting in the fridge
I want to drink it without hesitation 🍶.
It does not contain apples but more apple acid from the sake creation process! It has a strong sweetness and acidity that tastes like apples! The first sip is mildly sweet and acidic, but not too sweet and fruity going through! Refreshing and easy to drink! When paired with rice, the spiciness also comes out and the atmosphere changes and it is delicious!
The aroma is a sweet aroma with a banana-like tartness.
Quite strong.
The taste is a hint of sourness from the sweetness.
I am not a big fan of acidity, but the very moderate acidity makes me want to drink this!
Today, I was invited by a friend to bring two bottles of sake. I missed the timing to open the bottle because it was a bottle of sake, so here we are today. It had a strong apple-like aroma. It is a new type of sake with acidity. It is light and goes down smoothly. My friend was very pleased with it. It had been six months since it was bottled, so the lid blew off when we opened the bottle.
