Izumibashi's Bay Stars collaboration ICHI-GO-CAN! This is Izumihashi's refreshing Junmai!　The price was reasonable for a cup sake, but since Izumihashi is a manufacturer that does not produce its own cup sake, I wish they would expand their sales channels, such as limited to convenience stores in Kanagawa Prefecture.

Thank you for always making the "Zukudase! Thank you for the excitement of the "Sake of Shinshu" group! I am the chairman of the group.　I finally got to taste "Diaigiku," a sake from Chino City, my former residence, at the sake brewery Diaigiku, located in the New Shinbashi Building on the first basement floor, just off the SL Plaza in Shinbashi. I was surprised at how much I liked the taste and reconfirmed its attractiveness. I am planning to visit the brewery soon for the maintenance of my car, so I had to buy some at the brewery!

I went to Tsuruga in Fukui Prefecture, Hokuriku!　I was supposed to visit a yakitori restaurant, but it was closed for a temporary vacation, so I went to Toribia, which serves grilled chicken!　Here we found Hayaseura Junmai.　It is said that local fishermen drink it with fish, but it also goes well with Omi birds and ducks! It has a sweetness and light acidity, with a pleasant richness and bitterness that you can feel at the back of your tongue.　　It is also good to taste it in the style of a water-drinking bird!

I am traveling in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.　Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label, which I chose on a hunch at an izakaya I entered. It has the sweetness of pure rice, but also has a sharp taste. It complements sea bream sashimi and the famous stewed fish.

This is the main brand of Shinshu Maihime, one of the five Suwa breweries and the brewer of the curtain in the top image of our group. The sweetness of the rice and Kirigamine water system. The concept of this brewery is "from sake to be drunk to sake to be savored and enjoyed. They make not only Japanese food, but also sparkling sake, Princess Time, etc.

Izumihashi Junmai Genshu from Izumihashi Shuzo, one of the leading breweries in Kanagawa, has a powerful flavor.　100% Yamadanishiki from Ebina City is used.　It is dry, but not hard dry, with a mellow yet moderate punch.

This is an OEM product available at Choshimaru, a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. The brand name on the sake bottle is Iwanoi, which seems to be a Chiba sake. It has a refreshing taste that does not interfere with the sushi.

ハマのオーラ
Shinkawa-no-Sato is a private brand sake of Shinkawaya Sake Shop, a corner bar in front of Shirate Station in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture.　This is their Nigorizake.　The manufacturer is Shinshu Meizou, which produces the brand name "Takizawa".　I didn't know that Nagano sake is only available at this store in Kanagawa Prefecture!

Shigaizumi Shuzo, One Drop Two Drops Special Junmai. Balance of sweetness and aroma.　Celebration! The National High School Ekiden, both men's and women's high schools in Shinshu won the championship! So we had a toast to celebrate.　　Only half of the sake bottle was left, but we finished it. I have only visited Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, so I hope to encounter new brands again!

After much deliberation, I decided to have a second glass of Kamidori "Meiri" from Toshimaya in Okaya City.　Normally, I am a Junmai (pure rice) drinker and do not order alcohol-added sake, but if it is Toshimaya's top brand and they have put as much effort into it as they did in their exhibit, then I am sure I will be able to enjoy it! It is dry, but has a pleasantly full flavor characteristic of the water (from the Kirigamine water system) in the Suwa region. Well done!

It has been a long time since I have posted as the chairman of the board (^_^;) The first sake of my return is the classic Masumi Okuden Kangatsukuri!　It is a representative of the five Suwa breweries and a representative brand of Nagano Prefecture!　The middle mouth is very refreshing and does not betray the taste.

Today, I went to Chino City, my former place of residence. I went for a drive because my car, which I purchased at a car dealership in Chino City, was due for a routine inspection! This time, I held out for Suwa Gozo and stocked up at home.　I had a bottle of Reijin Junmai Ginjo along with the Sanzokuyaki that I procured at the supermarket.　After all, the Kirigamine subterranean water from the Suwa area is delicious.

My parents traveled to Ueda last year and finally opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei, which they had received as a gift!　I had seen many comments about how delicious it was, and now I finally had a chance to taste it.　　I see!　This fruity flavor is no wonder it is so captivating.　The taste is different from both Suwa Gozo and Hokushin no Sato!
