I've seen Hochozuru at many liquor stores, but I've been putting it off for some reason and this is the first time I'm drinking it😅.
Slightly effervescent. It has quite a fruity aroma, but it's quite dry and not too sweet.
I wish it had a little more umami 🤔.
The aftertaste is quite spicy...
The more the temperature is close to room temperature, the more umami, sweetness, and gorgeousness will increase 😋.
After 2 days, it tastes better cold 😊.
