It's been a super long time since I've been to Watarabune. Same brewery, we drank Taiheikai at last year's offline meeting 🤔.
It's gassy and fresh. It has an apple-like sweetness and a bit dry and mineral. The minerality is as impressive as the fire-aged Watashu I drank in the past.
Not only the minerality but also the acidity is quite impressive.
