It's a sake made from only arabashiri and the middle part of the bottle.
It is fresh and juicy for a fire-brewed sake. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and well balanced. Easy to drink.
It is delicious enough, but I prefer fire-brewed sakes with a gaseous taste like Gakki and Saku, because they are easier to drink.
