I've had Sasaiichi before, but this is my first time drinking Duan. Freshness and a little gas. It is beautifully sweet and sharply sharp. I had always been curious about this sake but had never had it. I wish I had tried it sooner.
Somehow, I think it is the type that becomes more assertive in spiciness as time goes by. boukenIt's delicious, but I still think it's more bitter and spicy. boukenI wanted to buy Chiyomusubi Shiboritate, but it was sold out within a few days of its arrival😿
So I decided to get this instead.
It's not the fragrant type often found in Koshi.
As the name suggests, it's a little thick. It has a banana-like taste and a rich flavor.

boukenFruity and rich in aroma and taste. Pineapple type. It says "origarami" but it is almost transparent. The taste is totally different from Matsunotobuki even if it is the same Hitogoki. Both are delicious though. Rafa papaToday is our wedding anniversary.
