When I went to buy Kubota Nigori, it was sold out, so I bought this instead. I was able to buy Kubota at a later date. I've had Sasaiichi before, but this is my first time drinking Duan. Freshness and a little gas. It is beautifully sweet and sharply sharp. I had always been curious about this sake but had never had it. I wish I had tried it sooner. Somehow, I think it is the type that becomes more assertive in spiciness as time goes by.

I wanted to buy Chiyomusubi Shiboritate, but it was sold out within a few days of its arrival😿 So I decided to get this instead. It's not the fragrant type often found in Koshi. As the name suggests, it's a little thick. It has a banana-like taste and a rich flavor. It's delicious, but I don't think it's unique because it doesn't have a Koshi-like flavor, which is common in undiluted sake.

The aroma is very fruity. There is also a sense of freshness and gas. When you drink it down, it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a slightly strong bitterness for a Koshi. I think I prefer Koshi to have a strong sweetness.

The cork popped! Light cloudy white color with bubbles. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of plums. It's a scent I've never experienced before. It has a strong aroma. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel. The tingling sensation of the carbonation and the sharp bitterness give the impression of a so-called dry taste. A short aftertaste. Souzake and Kaorozake.

Chiyomusubi Konaki Junmai Hiyaoroshi "The super dry taste that makes you cry. The signboard⚠️ is true! This is so hot! It's good with swords tip squid fish️👍 The yokai that made me cry is Konaki 😭. This sensibility is okay for Showa generation⁉️ I cry even if it's not spicy 😭. The brewer's motivation to make dry sake is⭕ "Dry Sake" and "Konakiji". I'm back to the Showa era. Maybe I'll drink something else next time😁.

A speciality of Narita with eel... That's a good match! Akita Sake Komachi refined to 55%. Calm Ginjo aroma🌸 Mellow taste🤗 The sweetness is like a melon candy A good amount of sourness and bitterness ⛅️. The sweetness is softened by the eel 👀🌤Good taste I got a notification 🔔 on Instagram I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not It's a convenient world now😁.

Fruity and rich in aroma and taste. Pineapple type. It says "origarami" but it is almost transparent. The taste is totally different from Matsunotobuki even if it is the same Hitogoki. Both are delicious though.

Today is our wedding anniversary. Our 25th anniversary. My wife and I celebrated it together! We chose this sake. It's our silver wedding anniversary, but we wanted to have a tin katakuchi and an inokuchi to commemorate our anniversary. It was delicious! The tai-meshi (sea bream rice) that my wife made for us was excellent, and we had a happy day!

I thought Tamahie was a dry sake, but it's made with lactobacillus yeast. It's sweet and sour. It's more suitable for warmed sake than cold sake. It's delicious cold, though.

I've been wanting to drink Suiju for a while now, but I missed the timing. It's like water (not in a bad way) and slightly sweet. I've only had Manju or Senju, but it's better than that. But the price is reasonable and there are many other good sake brands...

It's from the brewery Shu-Yoshi. I bought it because I had been interested in it for a while. I was curious about it for a while, so I bought it. I got the impression that it was a fruity dry taste. The aroma is hard to believe it's a junmai sake. 60%, so it must be a ginjo-shu.
